ABSTRAK

Hotel Yen Lin yang berlokasi di antara jalan Diponegoro no 23 dan jalan Setail no32-38a merupakan hotel berlantai 7 dan akan direncanakan menjadi hotel yang berkelas bintang 3. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan fasilitas sistem penyediaan air bersih penyaluran air buangan dan sistem penanganan kebakaran yang memadai. Kebutuhan akan air bersih dihitung berdasarkan jumlah pengunjung dan jumlah alat plambingnya. Perhitungan dimensi pipa air bersih pipa air panas dan pipa fire hydrant dihitung dengan metode hidrolika. Perhitungan pipa distribusi air buangan dihitung berdasarkan nilai akumulasi unit alat plambing. Pada perencanaan ini digunakan sistem pengaliran dengan sistem tangki atap. Sistem penyaluran air buangan dibedakan menjadi air buangan kotor dan air buangan bekas yang dalam penyalurannya dipisah. Sistem pemadam kebakaran yang diterapkan adalah sistem sistem hidran dan sprinkler. Biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk perencanaan sistem plambing adalah Rp. 1.359.728.370-


ABSTRACT

Yen Lin Hotel which is located at 23th Diponegoro Street and 32nd 38tha Setail Streets is the 7 floors hotel and designed for 3 star class hotel. Therefore is needed a clean water system facility grey and black water distribution and the handling system of fire. The requirement of clean water calculated based on sum up of visitor and sum up the plumbing tools. Calculated dimension of clean water pipe hot water pipe and dimension of fire hydrant based on hydrolic metode. Calculated dimension of disposal water pipe based on accumulated of each ficture units. The planning is used roof tank system. The disposal water flow systems is classified into black water and gray water. Which the distribution on each disposal water is separated. Fire hydrant systems is hydrant systems and sprinkler systems. Budged totally of this project is Rp.1.359.728.370-
