PERANCANGAN KONTROLLER PADA PROCESS CONTROL TECHNOLOGY PCT DI LABORATORIUM REKAYASA INSTRUMENTASI ITS BERBASIS PC

ABSTRAK

Process Control Technology di laboratorium instrumentasi memiliki program copyright sehingga sulit dalam hal pemodifikasian. Oleh karena itu perlu program controller yang opensource agar dapat dikembangkan Untuk merealisasikan hal tersebut dalam tugas akhir ini mengambil plant pengendalian dari Laboratorium Instrumentasi Teknik Fisika yaitu PCT 11 pengendalain level dan 13 pengendalian temperatur. Jenis pengendalian yang digunakan adalah PID dengan melakukan pentuningan terhadap parameter control menggunakan metode kurva reaksi yang dilanjutkan dengan metode fine tuning. Nilai parameter control menggunakan metode fine tuning untuk pengendalian level adalah KP3 KIO.3 dan KDO.261 dengan nilai error pada keadaan steady state 1.4 dan untuk pengendalian temperature adalah KP5 KIO.3 dan KDO.18 dengan nilai error pada keadaan steady state 5.


ABSTRACT

Process Control Technology in Laboratorium of Instrumentasi are maked copyright program so is very difficult to created modified it. So that way it necessary to make opensource program controller so they can be upgrade. In my final project we try to implementate it to the real plant in Laboratorium Instrumentation at Physics Engineering ITS where we take Process Control Technology 11 about level control and Process Control Technology 13 about temperature control. We used type control PID whereas to find parameter control using reaction curve methode and we continue with fine tuning methode. Values of parameter control using fine tuning in level control is KP3 KIO.3 and KD2.61 with error steady 1.4 . Values of parameter control in temperature control is KP5 KIO.3 and KDO.18 with error steady 5 .
