ANALISA KINERJA LOGISTIK STUDI KASUS DI PT.SEMEN GRESIK PERSERO TBK.

ABSTRAK

Dalam persaingan usaha sekarang ini perusahaan lebih banyak dituntun untuk dapat bersaing dipasar secara kualitas. dan kuantitas yang baik. Dengan menjamin keandalan dari faktor-faktor logistik seperti service level lead time dan delivery due date dalam inventori sebuah perusanaan dapat lebih kompetitif di persaingan tersebut. Analisa pada faktor-faktor logistik tersebut dapat meningkatkan kinerja inventori secara umum. Penelitian ini khususnya memfokuskan pada peningkatan tingkat layanan inventori dan kinerja inventori PT.Semen Gresik secara umum. Obyek yang diamati adalah gudang-gudang penyangga yang ada di jawa timur dimana memiliki peran penting dalam hubungan pelanggan-produsen semen. Untuk tujuan tersebut perlu dilakukan pengambilan data yang berhubungan dengan sistem persediaan untuk kemudian diolah seberapa besar tingkat inventori tingkat penundaan serta tingkat layanan yang ada Di pengolahan tersebut dianalisa kemungkinan perbaikan yang akan dilakukan apakah tingkat inventori perlu ditingkatkan atau dikurangi untuk mencapai service level 90 yang diinginkan. Dengan pencapaian ini delivery delay dapat diminimalisir yaitu dari 16 SCD untuk semen OFC gudang Gresik menjadi 008 SCD. Shortage cost dapat ditkan Rp. 1.239.55300 atau 97. Tetapi peningkatan service level tersebut juga memiliki kosekuensi dengan meningkatnya holding cost dan tingkat inventori. Dengan hasil yang dicapai maka untuk meningkatkan service level dari inventori dapat dilakukan dengan mengurangi delivery delay. Untuk menurunkan delivery delay inventori haruslah dapat merespon fluktuasi permintaan dengan menentukan batas minimum persediaan dalam gudang melalui penentuan safety stock yang memadai.


ABSTRACT

Faced with lots better quantity and quality to compete in markets it is important to guarantee the reliability of logistical factors such as service level lead time and delivery due date of inventory. Therefore careful analysis in logistical factors will be able to improve inventorys performance. This paper will focused at general improvement of service level of PT. Semen Gresik. Specificly concerned at local stock warehouses established in east Java that firmly play an important role in cement producer-customer relationship. Therefore collecting data in termof inventory system need to be done then processed the inventory level the level of delay and also the existing service level From the processing analysed an improvement potentials to be done whether inventory levell requaire to be improved on lessened to reach the desire 90 service level. With this attainment delivery delay mininalize from 16 SCD for the OPC type of warehouse Gresik become 008 SCD. Shortage Cost can be decreased by 1.239.553 IDR or 97. But the service level improvement also own the consequences at the increase of holding cost and inventory level With the reached result hence to increase service level from inventory can be done by lessening delivery delay. To decrease the delivery delay inventory should respond efectively of demand fluctuation by determining the minimum stock in werehouse within adequate of safety stock.
