PENJADWALAN JOB SHOP MENGGUNAKAN METODE FORWARD-KUSIAK DAN THEORY OF CONSTRAINTS STUDI KASUS CV.MUJI KARYA

ABSTRAK

Perubahan Lead-Time produk yang semakin singkat menuntut perusahaan untuk menghasilkan banyak variasi produk dimana terjadi perubahan yang semakin pesat terhadap tuntutan pasar yang semakin banyak. CV. MUJI KARYA merupakan Industi Manufakturing Job-shop dimana produksinya berdasarkan order dari konsumen. Perusahaan di tuntut untuk mampu melayani permintaan konsumen dan memenuhi permintan tersebut sesuai dengan jadwal pengirimannya. Untuk itu perusahan harus memiliki metode penjadwalan yang bagus. Akan tetapi banyak kendala yang terjadi pada saat membuat enjadwalan sehingga perusahaan sering melewati batas Due-datenya dan utilisasi mesin sangat rendah. Dalam Tugas Akhir ini peneliti mencoba untuk melakukan pengembangan metode Forward Scheduling dengan mengambil beberapa karakteristik yang menguntungkan dari Algoritma Kusiak. Juga akan digunakan Theory of Constrain untuk meneliti beberapa kendala yang sering terjadi di lantai produksi pada CV. MUJI KARYA. Dari hasil pengembangan penjadwalan yang diusulkan didapatkan Metode Forward-Kusiak dan Theory of Constrint. Hasil dari metode penjadwalan ini dapat mengurangi nilai Makespan dari 7152 menjadi 5715. Number of Tardy Jobs berkurang menjadi 2 job yang terlambat dan Utilisasi mesin meningkat dari 475 menjadi 5009 Dari hasil analisa dengan menggunakan Theory of Constraint didapatkan bahwa Overtime sangat diperlukan oleh sumber daya yang sifatnya kritis terhadap laju produksi tetapi Overtime berdampak dengan meningkatnya biaya produksi. Beberapa kebijakan baru yang didapat akan mengurangi hambatan yang terjadi di lantai produksi. sehingga produksi dapat berjalan seperti yang diharapkan.


ABSTRACT

Industrial Manufacturing in resent day have tighten competition. They must capable to winning the competition. CV. MUJI KARYA is a Middle Industial Manufacturing which have challenge to win the competition. They used The Scheduling System for the Strategy Company because they Industrial job-shop. A good Scheduling if the company capable to finish the order from consumen appropriate with the Due-date. But many problem have to come in shop floor during Scheduling is done. Makespan each job have big value Job Tardiness is very much. Utilitation of machine is very low. In this research researcher try to the development of method of ForwardS cheduling by taking some benefit characteristic from Algorithm Kusiak. It can be because some characteristic from algoritm Kusiak can modification for production non-FMS. Also will be used Theory of Constraint to checkt he constaint which have often happened in the shop-floor. From the scheduling development result we have got by value performance for a few criterion is increased. Makespan can decreased from 7l52 to 5715. Utilitation of machine can increased from 475 to 5009. Overtime have influence if they used to solve the problem of critis resources. From the theory of Constraint analized we have got some new rule which can be to solved a constrint in shop floor
