ANALISIS KARAKTERISTIK POTENSI-POTENSI MASALAH ERGONOMI-K3 PADA SISTEM KERJA MESIN PUNCH STUDI KASUS DI PT.OTOMATIF INDONESIA NGINGAS WARU-SIDOARJO

ABSTRAK

Kondisi Ergonomi Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja K3 pada suatu industri menentukan baik tidaknya performansi kerja didalam industi tersebut. Kemampuan seseorang sangat bergantung kepada gabungan dari karakteristik pribad kapasitas fisiologis psikologis serta biomekanika yang dimilikinya Sedangkan aktivitas yang dilakukan tergantung kepada tugas organisas dan lingkungan yang harus dihadapi. Stasiun Kerja pada PT.Atak Otomotif Indometal adalah stasiun kerja semi otomatis. Perusahaan yang terletak di Ngingas Waru - Sidoarjo ini kurang memperhatikan ergonomi dan K3 dalam merancang stasiun kerjanya. Hal ini dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja operator. Melihat kondisi kerja tersebut maka dilakukan analisa ergonomi dan K3 serta dilakukan perancangan ulang stasiun kerja mesin Power Punch. Analisa yang dilakukan memperhatikan berbagai factor yaitu anthropometri tubuh biomekanika physiological performance subyekifitas operator tahadap keluhan sakit yang diderita operator dan juga memperhatikan pengaruh lingkungan seperti kebisingan dan pencahayaan pada stasiun kerja mesin Power Punch Setelah itu dilakukan perbandingan kondisi awal dan kondisi hasil dari redesain. Dari hasil studi perbandingan antara kondisi awal dan setelah dilakukan perbaikan dapat dikatakan bahwa kondisi kerja hasil redesain sudah lebih baik daripada kondisi awal. Hal ini karena dalam perancangan stasiun kerja mesin Power Punch disesuaikan dengan anthropometri tubuh operator dengan rancangan kursi kerja yang menggunakan prinsip-prinsip ergonomi. Sehingga energi yang dibutuhkan operator menjadi lebih sedikit dan mengurangi rasa sakit yang dikeluhkan operator pada saat bekerja.


ABSTRACT

Ergonomic Conditions Occupational Health and Safety OHS at one particular industry determine the goodness not its performance work in the industry. Somebody ability very base on merger from personal characteristic physiological capacities psychological and also biomechanical owned. While activity conducted to be depend on duty rganizational and environment which must be faced. Work Station in PT.ATAK Otomotif Indometal is a semiautomatic work station. Company which is located in Ngingas Waru - Sidoarjo. This comipany less pay attention to the ergonomic and OHS in designing its job station. This mater can influence the work productivity operator. See the job condition therefore analysis of ergonomic and OHS had been conducted and also a scheme to redesign the work station of Power Punch machine. Analysis conducted pay attention to various factor that is anthropometry body biomechanical physiological performance operator subjectivity use to analyze the pain suffered by operator as well as paying attention to environmental in fluence like noise and illumination at work station from the Power Punch machine. Afterwards comparison between early condition and the result condition from redesign is being done. From result of comparison study between early condition and after repair condition can be said that condition after redesign have better condition then erly. This matter because in work station scheme the Power Punch machine is adapted by anthropometry of operator body with the device of job chair using principles ergonomic. So that energy required by an operator become smaller and lessen to feel the pain griped by operator at the time of working.
