RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM PENGENDALIAN LEVEL DENGAN METODE DIRECT SYNTHESIS TUNING PID

ABSTRAK

Sistem kontrol merupakan salah satu komponen penunjang keberhasilan produk untuk itu diperlukan system pengendalian yang baik. Beberapa peneliti di jurusan Teknik Fisika telah melakukan penelitian pengendalian level namun metode yang digunakan lebih difokuskan ke kajian metode secara umum. Untuk itu perlu dirancang bangun sistem pengendalian dengan menggunakan metode lain. Beberapa metode dapat dikategorikan ke Model-based Control salah satu metode tersebut adalah Direct Synthesis. Metode ini secara eksplisit menggunakan struktur model untuk ditujukan ke desain controller. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisa yang telah dilakukan didapat hasil uji tegangan potensio terhadap ketinggian air diperoleh hubungan linier sedangkan hasil uji Signal Conditioning diperoleh konversi tegangan yang linier pula. Parameter PID yang diperoleh untuk sistem pengendalian level Tugas Akhir ini adalah Kc6.26 dan x i5.03. Hasil uji performansi sistem pengendalian untuk keseluruhan variasi setpoint dan uji tracking setpoint diperoleh error steady state sekitar 5 dan setara dengan kurang lebih 1.35 cm


ABSTRACT

Control systems is one of component that support a good product. Some researcher in majors of Physics Engineering have done the research of level control system but the method that used more focussed to the method of study generally. For that require to be designed the control system by using other method. Some method can be categorized to The Model-Based Control one of the method is Direct Synthesis. This Method by eksplisit use the structure model to be required to desain controller. From the result of research and analysis which have been done to be got the test result of tension potensio to fluida level obtained by a linear relation while the test result Signal Conditioning obtained by a linear tension conversion. Parameter PID obtained for the system of this Final Level Control System Kc 6.26 and xi5.03. The result of test the performance system to the overall of variation setpoint and test of the tracking setpoint obtained error steady state about 5 1.35 cm.
