ABSTRAK

Pada perkembangan yang berwawasan lingkungan, informasi perubahan garis pantai yang menyebabkan perubahan luasan lahan sangat diperlukan dalam menentukan kebijakan. Teknologi penginderaan jauh (inderaja) berpotensi untuk memantau perubahan lahan tersebut. Analisis perubahan lahan adalah proses identifikasi perubahan lahan berdasarkan waktu. Pada penelitian ini dikaji tentang perubahan lahan dengan membandingkan data peta digital tahun 1993 dan data Landsat ETM multispektral tahun 2002. Daerah kajian pada penelitian ini adalah Gresik tepatnya di kecamatan Ujung Pangkah. Metode Klasifikasi terselia digunakan untuk menganalisa perubahan lahan dan di verifikasi menggunakan peta Bakosurtanal serta data survei lapangan. Dari data digital dan citra klasifikasi yang ditampalkan maka didapatkan perubahan luasan. Perubahan garis pantai yang terjadi akibat adanya sedimentasi pada kawasan muara sungai Bengawan Solo dari peta RBI Bakosurtanal tahun 1993 dan citra Landsat tahun 2002 (dalam kurun waktu 9 tahun) mengalami perubahan sebesar 2021,047 Ha. Dan untuk perubahan tata guna lahan terdapat penambahan luasan pada klas permukiman bertambah 328.62 ha, ladang/tegalan bertambah 452.73 ha, tambak 1245.23 ha serta hutan sebesar 614.32 ha. Penurunan luasan terjadi pada klas sawah sebesar 300.55 ha, semak sebesar 44.3 ha dan lahan kosong sebesar 233.92 ha.


ABSTRACT

The information of the changes of coastal line which cause the changes of the area was so needed for make a decision in the development with environment concept. The remote sensing technology is very potential used for monitoring the changes of area. The changes analysis is identification process which based on the time. The research objective was study the changes of area use digital map for 1993 and Landsat multispectral image for 2002. The study area in the research is Gresik sub district Ujung Pangkah. Supervised classification is used for analysis the changes of area and the verification using Bakosurtanal topographic map and ground truth data. The changes got by overlaying classification map with digital map. The changes of the coastal line happened because of the sedimentation at Bengawan Solo’s estuary from Bakosurtanal RBI map for 1993 and Landsat image for 2002 (time frame 9 years) have changes about 2021,047 Ha. And about the land use changes, land use change happened at all class, looks like add area of settlement class equal to 328,62 Ha, field area 452,73 Ha, embankment area 1245,23 Ha, and forest area 614,32 Ha. Degradation of area happen at farming area about 300,55 Ha, bushes area 44,30 Ha, and bare land area 233,92 Ha.
