PERANCANGAN ENGINE CONTROL UNIT BERBASIS KNOWLEDGE BASED UNTUK PENGATURAN SISTEM INJEKSI DAN SISTEM PENGAPIAN MOTOR BAKAR

ABSTRAK

Proses operasi engine di pengaruhi oleh beberapa parameter antara lain waktu injeksi waktu penyalaan posisi throttle kecepatan engine dan temperatur. Untuk mendapatkan operasi ideal engine diperlukan suatu kontroler yang dapat mengatur waktu injeksi bahan bakar dan waktu penyalaan. Pengaturan jumlah bahan bakar yang diinjeksikan akan bercampur dengan udara di dalam intake manifold dan masuk ke dalam ruang silinder pada saat langkah hisap yang siap untuk di bakar. Bila didapatkan perbandingan udara dan bahan bakar mendekati stoikiometri 1467 1 maka kerugian dapat di perkecil dan energi yang dihasilkan akan lebih besar serta hemat. Mengatur dan mengawasi jumlah bensin yang masuk ke silinder dengan cara mengatur waktu dan frekuensi akan menghemat bahan bakar sesuai dengan kebutuhan ideal mesin. Dengan sistem ini diharapkan pembakaran lebih bersih mesin bertenaga lebih awet dan emisi gas buang lebih rendah. Perancangan plant dan pembuatan kontroler knowledge based ini berupa simulasi berbasis PC Personal Computer dengan bahasa pemrograman turbo C. MIMO decoupling interaction menghasilkan sistem injeksi sebagai masukan untuk pengaturan perbandingan udara dan bahan bakar menghasilkan mesin yang lebih hemat dan rendah emisi sedangkan untuk mengatur sudut pengapian sebagai masukan untuk pengaturan kecepatan mesin menghasilkan mesin yang lebih bertenaga.


ABSTRACT

Process operated for engine influencing by some parameter for example injection time ignition time position of throttle engine speed and temperature engine. Ideal operation engine needed a controller able to lead the time on fuel injection and ignition timing. Fuel injection will mixed with air in manifold intake and come into cylinder to burning. Comparison of fuel and air come near stoichiometric 14.67 yielded energy will be more be big and also economize. Fuel control volume mass of gasoline which step into cylinder by lead the time and frequency will economize fuel as according to ideal requirement of machine. System is expected by cleaner combustion reduce emissions and increase fuel economy. Design Plant and making of based knowledge controller for this injection simulation base on PC Personal Computer with language of Turbo C. Decoupling interaction MIMO injection system as input for the arrangement of comparison fuel and air yield more low and economical machine of emission while to arrange ignition angle as input for the arrangement of speed machine yield more energetic machine.
