PENGARUH KECEPATAN PENGADUKAN DAN KARAKTERISTIK LUMPUR DALAM MENGOLAH LIMPUR TINJA DENGAN DIGESTER ANAEROBIK SISTEM BATCH

ABSTRAK

Masih tingginya beban bahan organik dan polutan yang terkandung dalam lumpur tinja memungkinkan timbulnya dampak apabila langsung diaplikasikan ke tanah akan berbahaya baik bagi tanah tumbuhan hewan maupun manusia sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengAnalisis penyisihan VSS dalam lumpur dengan proses digester anaerobik sistem batch dan dapat diketahui rasio CN diakhir proses. Lumpur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lumpur tinja berasal dari IPLT keputih- surabaya. Variasi yang digunakan adalah karekteristik lumpur tinja dan kecepatan pengadukan karektristik tinja adalah lumpur dari unit pengolahan biologis dan tangki truk tinja kecepatan pengadukan yang digunakan adalah 30 rpm 40 rpm 50 rpm. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pengolahan Lumpur tinja dengan digester anaerobik sistem batch lumpur dari unit pengolahan biologis menghasilkan penyisihan VSS terbaik pada kecepatan pengadukan 50 rpm yaitu 1880 dan rasio CN yang dapat dicapai adalah 161. Lumpur tangki truk tinja yang menghasilkan penyisihan VSS terbaik pada kecepatan pengadukan 40 yaitu 2886 dan rasio CN yang dapat dicapai adalah 1446 1.


ABSTRACT

There are still large number of organic and polution content in the septage so it can cause an impact if it is applied directly to the ground. It will endanger the ground plant animal and also human being. The purpose of this research is to analyze removal VSS in saptege by batch sistem of anaerobic digester so can be resulted ratio CN in the and of process. Mud which is used in this research is take pfrom IPLT Keputih-Surabaya. Parameter analisis in this research is saptage characteristic and velocity of mixing. The characteristic of saptage truk velocity of mixing used in this research are 30 rpm 40 rpm 50 rpm. According to the result of research known saptage processing using batch system anaerobic digester which the mud from biological processing unit from OD 50 reactor is the best result with removal VSS 1880 racio CN 161 tank of faecess mud truck which is given the best result of removal VSS is TT 40 reactor with removal VSS 2886 CN ratio 14461.
