OPERATION OF NONLINIER AND INTERACTION - Case study system four tank

ABSTRAK

Proses pengendalian empat tangki adalah suatu bentuk prototipe pengendalian industri kimia yang sangat komplek yaitu nonlinear dan saling interaksi. Pengendalian ini menggunakan empat tangki yang saling berinteraksi dimana digunakan dua manipulated variabel dan dua measured variabel. Manipulated variable pertama aliran 1 masuk ke tangki 1 dan 4 dan manipulated variable kedua aliran 2 masuk ke tangki 2 dan 3. Perubahan pada salah satu maniputaled variabel akan menyebabkan perubahan pada kedua measured variabel. Dengan mengubah konstanta model serta karakteristik sistem menjadi fase minimum nonminimum dan zero. Kemudian dilakukan analisa interaksi dan tuning model yang dilinierisasi kemudian hasil analisa diimplemetasikan pada sistem nonlinier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa deviasi yang dihasilkan antara linier dan nonlinier besarnya sebanding dengan besarnya input atau setpoint yang dimasukkan. Interaksi didalam fase minimum yang memiliki nilai RGA 1 bersifat stabil sedang interaksi didalam fase nonminimum yang memiliki -1RGA1 bersifat kurang stabil sedangkan pada fase zero yang memiliki -infRGAinf memiliki interaksi yang sangat besar sehingga sulit untuk dikendalikan Dalam penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa MPC mampu mengatasi permasalahan yang ditimbulkan oleh interaksi sistem nonlinier pada setiap fase sehingga hasil yang didapatkan hampir sama dengan sistem yang linier pada setiap fase.


ABSTRACT

Quadrupletank Process is an prototype form operation of complecity of chemical industry that is nonlinear and each other interaction. This operation use four tank which interact where used two variable manipulated and two variable measured. first Variable Manipulated stream 1 step into tank 1 and 4 and variable manipulated both stream 2 step into tank 2 and 3. Change at one of the variable maniputaled will cause change at both variable measured By altering constanta model and also system characteristic become minimum phase non-minimum and zero. Then analyse and interaction of tuning linierization model then result of analysis of implementation at nonlinier system. Result of research indicate that yielded deviasi between linear and nonlinier of level of proportional with level of or input of setpoint which is entered . Interaction that happened in minimum phase owning value of RGA 1 having the character of to stabilize interaction that happened in phase of non-minimum owning - 1RGA1 having the character of less stable while at phase of zero owning - infRGAinf have very big interaction so that difficult to be controlled. In research which have indicated that MPC can overcome problems generated by system interaction of nonlinier so that result of which is got much the same to with linear system.
