SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT FOR DYNAMIC ANALYSIS ON MOTION GENERATION TYPE FOUR-BAR LINKAGE

ABSTRAK

Pada sebuah mekanisme kerja peralatan mekanik fourbar linkage merupakan mekanisme yang sederhana dan ekonomis dengan lingkup penggunaan yang luas. Setiap mekanisme bertujuan untuk memindahkan pola gerak danatau gaya yang diinginkan dari sumbernya ke keluarannya termasuk mekanisme fourbar linkage. Pada desain sebuah mekanisme fourbar linkage dilakukan beberapa proses yaitu sintesis dimensi analisis posisi analisis kinematika analisis dinamika dan analisis tegangan regangan Tugas Akhir ini membahas tentang analisis dinamikanya.. Dalam melakukan analisis dinamika akan dihasilkan data be-rupa gaya-gaya pada joint yang didapatkan dengan mengggunakan prosedur analitis berupa system persamaan linier serentak selanjutnya diolah dalam bentuk perhitungan matrix. Dengan bantuan metode komputasi perumusan analitis yang diolah dalam bentuk numeric hingga menghasilkan sebuah pemrograman dapat membantu proses awal perancangan dengan mudah dan juga akurat. Tugas Akhir ini menghasilkan software yang outputnya adalah nilai gaya-gaya pada tiap titik sambungan dan torsi input yang dibutuhkan oleh sebuah mekanisme.


ABSTRACT

Mechanical tool four bar linkage working mechanism is a simple and economic mechanism with wide range of usage. Each mechanism is purposed to transfer moving patterns andor expected force from its source to output including four-bar linkage mechanism. Several processes are applied to the design of a four-bar linkage mechanism those are dimensional synthesis positional analysis kinematical analysis dynamic analysis and stress-stretch analysis. This final task discusses the dynamic analysis. From dynamic analysis obtained data as the result will be forces on joint data attained by analytical procedure that is jointly linear equation system this is then processed in matrix calculation form. By the support of computation method analytical formulation is then processed in numeric manner so that it can produce a programming that can simply and accurately assist the initial design process. This final task produces software which the output is forces value on each linkage point and input torque needed by a mechanism.
