SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT FOR DYNAMIC AND STRESS ANALYSIS ON 4-BAR LINKAGE WITH PATH GENERATION TASK

ABSTRAK

Desain merupakan bagian yang tak terpisahkan dalam penerapan ilmu keteknikan. Mekanisme Four-Bar Linkage adalah salah satu bagian dari mekanisme linkage yang paling sederhana dimana aplikasinya sering kita jumpai dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Sintesa dimensi adalah tahapan pertama pada analisa mekanisme untuk mendapatkan dimensi yang diperlukan pada mekanisme empat batang sedangkan analisa dinamika adalah tahap lanjutan dari analisa pada Mekanisme Four-Bar Linkage yang menghasilkan gaya-gaya sambungan batang akibat percepatan yang dihasilkan dari analisa kinematika sebelumnya. Selanjutnya gaya-gaya sambungan ini akan dianalisa lebih lanjut pada tahapan analisa tegangan batang yaitu analisa tekukkan dan kegagalan batang. Sedangkan tujuan utama dari seluruh analisa ini yaitu memperoleh material yang sesuai agar mekanisme tersebut aman untuk mekanisme. Prosedur analitis berupa sistem persamaan linear serentak selanjutnya dianalisa dalam bentuk perhitungan matrix mampu memberikan hasil yang lebih akurat pada pemrograman yang dibuat.


ABSTRACT

Design is one of indivisible part in engineering applications. Four-Bar Linkage mechanism is one a part of the simpliest mechanism where the aplications are often seem in the daily life Dimension synthesis is the first step of mechanism analysis in order to get the dimension data which it is needed in Four-Bar Linkage mechanism analysis. While the dynamic anlysis is next step which the forces joint and shaft torque is the result from this step. Furthermore this forces will be analysed in the bar stress analysis step which are the buckling and failure analisys. The main purpose from all of this analysis is to get a suitable material for the mechanism in order to make this mechanism safe. Analytically procedural that is linear simultaneous equation solution then analyse on matrix method could give a precision result on software applications.
