EVALUASI KINERJA INSTALASI PENGOLAHAN AIR LANJUTAN UNTUK UNIT HEMODIALISA RUMKITAL DR. RAMELAN SURABAYA DAN ALTERNATIF PENGOLAHANNYA

ABSTRAK

Pada proses hemodialisa air memiliki fungsi sebagai pembentuk cairan dialisat. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mendapatkan air yang sesuai standard adalah pengolahan air untuk digunakan untuk proses hemodialisa. Rumah Sakit TNI AL RUMKITAL Dr. Ramelan Surabaya memiliki unit hemodialisa Pengolahan air yang dilakukan adalah melalui proses pengolahan pada instalasi pengolahan air. Evaluasi kualitas air dan evaluasi kinerja instalasi pengolahan air lanjut untuk unit hemodialisa RUMKITAL dilakukan untuk menentukan alternatif rangkaian unit-unit pengolahan air yang sesuai karakteristik air PDAM sebagai inffluent dan effluent menurut standard. Evaluasi kualitas air yaitu membandingkan hasil analisa laboratorium dengan standard kualitas air untuk hemodialisa. Evaluasi kinerja unit pengolahan yaitu membandingkan perhitungan teknis kondisi eksisting dan teoritis dengan mempertimbangkan hasil evaluasi kualitas air. Hasil analisa kualitas air PDAM untuk parameter calcium pada inlet GAC filter adalah 0 menit 47.026 mgl gttd menit 47.258 mgl pada outlet GAC filter adalah 0 menit 46.816 mgl gttd menit 46.872 mgl pada outlet Resin filter adalah 0 menit 45.671 mgl gttd menit 46.076 mgl. Parameter magnesium air PDAM pada inlet GAC filter adalah 0 menit 17.617 mgl gttd menit 17.354 mgl pada outlet GAC filter adalah 0 menit 16.898 mgl gttd menit 16.715 mgl pada outlet Resin filter adalah 0 menit 16.139 mgl gttd menit 15.907 mgl. Sedangkan standard Association for The Advancement of Medical Instrumentation AAMI untuk parameter calcium 2 mgl 0.1 mEql dan parameter magnesium 4 mgl 0.3 mEql. Hasil analisa tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penurunan konsentrasi calcium dan magnesium di unit Resin filter tidak berlangsung secara optimal. Hasil pemilihan rangkaian pengolahan yaitu rangkaian pengolahan 3 berupa pengoperasian kembali unit Reserve Osmosis untuk memenuhi standard kualitas air untuk hemodialisa.


ABSTRACT

In haemodialysis process water use for dialyzed. Treating water is effort for adequate water for haemodialysis which appropriate with standard. The Naval Hospital Dr. Ramelan Surabaya has haemodialysis unit. Treating water is by treatment process in water treatment plant. The evaluation of water quality and performance in haemodialysis unit of Naval Hospital is for definite water treatment series base on raw water characteristic which appropriate with standard. The water quality evaluation is comparison between result of laboratories analyze and water standard for haemodialysis. The performance evaluation is compute existing and theoretical technical data and considers result of water evaluation. The result of water analysis of calcium in raw water are 0 minute 47.026 mgl gttd minute 47.258 mgl in outlet GAC filter are 0 minute 46.816 mgl gttd minute 46.872 mgl in outlet Resin filter adalah 0 minute 45.671 mgl gttd minute 46.076 mgl and analysis of magnesium in raw water are 0 minute 17.617 mgl gttd minute 17.354 mgl in outlet GAC filter are 0 minute 16.898 mgl gttd minute 16.715 mgl in outlet Resin filter are 0 minute 16.139 mgl gttd minute 15.907 mgl while AAMI8217s standard for parameter calcium 2 mgl 0.1 mEql and parameter magnesium 4 mgl 0.3 mEql. The result of water analysis is showing that calcium and magnesium removal in Resin filter unit isn8217t optimal. Result of alternative selection chose third treatment plant by re-operated Reserve Osmosis unit to adequate water for haemodialysis which appropriate with standard.
