ABSTRAK

Steam uap yang berasal dari pemanasan air pada Boiler masih berupa uap Jenuh uap Jenuh Saturated Steam tersebut dialirkan menuju superheater untuk dikeringkan menjadi uap kering. Pada Tugas Akhir ini dilakukan proses pengendalian temperature Superheater Steam dengan memanipuilasi mass flow rate spraywater.Pengendali PID dapat di scheduling menggunakan kemampuan Fuzzy Logic untuk mengatur harga tuning Kp Ti dan Td setiap saat bedasarkan kesalahan yang terjadi saat itu. Metode ini biasa dikenal dengan pengendalian PID Fuzzy Gain Schedulling PID-FGS. Pada saat uji perubahan setpoint 10 PID-FGS nilai settling time 25 detik maximum overshoot 3.15 Ess 0.38 dengan IAE 8.77 dan PID-ZN nilai settling time 54 detik maximum overshoot 7.23 Ess 0.55 dengan IAE 8.78 saat uji perubahan setpoint -10 pada PID-FGS settling time 26 detik maximum overshoot -3.38 Ess 0.33 dengan IAE 8.37 dan PID-ZN nilai settling time 55 detik maximum overshoot -8.16 Ess 0.56 dengan IAE 8.36


ABSTRACT

Steam from water heater on Boiler still have Saturated Steam with Superheater Saturated steam changed to Superheater Steam. In final Project is to design temperature Superheater Steam with . manipulated massflow water spray. PID Controller can be scheduled using Fuzzy Logic for tuning Kp Ki and Kd every time based on errors that occurred at that time. This is method was knowas PID Fuzzy Gain Schedulling PID-FGS. At the simulation setpoint 100C on FGS-PID settling time value 25 second maximum overshoot 3.15 Ess 0.38 with IAE 8.77 and on PID-ZN settling time value 54 second maximum overshoot 7.23 Ess 0.55 with IAE 8.78 . At the simulation setpoint 100C on FGS-PID settling timevalue 26 second maximum overshoot -3.38 Ess 0.33 with IAE 8.37 and on PID-ZN settling time value 55 detik maximum overshoot -8.16 Ess 0.56 with IAE 8.36
