PERENCANAAN DETAIL DERMAGA MULTI PURPOSE DAN FASILITAS PENYIMPANAN UNTUK CURAH CAIR SILO DI KOLAM PELABUHAN NILAM BARAT TANJUNG PERAK SURABAYA

DETAIL ENGINEERING DESIGN OF MULTI PURPOSE PIER AND LIQUID BULK STORAGE FACILITY SILO AT NILAM BARAT HARBOUR TANJUNG PERAK PORT OF SURABAYA

ABSTRAK

Kolam pelabuhan Nilam Barat di Pelabuhan Tanjung Perak Surabaya dikhususkan untuk melayani pengangkutan barang-barang berbahaya hazardous area dan barang curah baik kering maupun cair. Seiring perkembangan yang ada dilakukan pengembangan dermaga baru di sebelah utara dermaga LPG Pertamina yaitu berupa dermaga multi purpose dengan ukuran 200 m x 30 m serta fasilitas daratnya yang meliputi lapangan penumpukan untuk peti kemas dan fasilitas penyimpanan untuk curah cair silo berupa asam sulfat H2SO4. Oleh karenanya studi ini dilakukan guna merencanakan detil pengembangan tersebut berdasarkan layout dari PT. Pelindo III. Desain kapal rencana yang digunakan adalah 5000 DWT dengan kedalaman perairan ditentukan -9 mLWS. Sehingga studi ini tidak merencanakan pengerukan namun hanya melakukan analisa data sekunder merencanakan reklamasi lahan detail struktur dermaga dengan tipe struktur kade dengan sheet pile perkerasan lapangan penumpukan struktur silo bola spherical dari baja serta metode dan biaya yang dibutuhkan dalam pembangunan. Perencanaan struktur kade dengan single tie rod sheet pile menggunakan metode free earth support dan dengan metode grafis dari Blum. Perencanaan elemen dari beton bertulang menggunakan metode beton elastis alternatif SNI 03-2847-2002 pasal 25 dan untuk struktur baja menggunakan SNI 03- 1729-2002 dengan pembebanan akibat gempa berdasarkan SNI 03-1726-2002. Dari hasil analisa didapatkan elevasi lantai dermaga adalah 4.00 mLWS dengan sistem tambat menggunakan fender Bridgestone SA400H-300LR4 dan boulder kapasitas 100 ton. Volume total reklamasi adalah 327482.05 m3 dengan menggunakan PVD. Sedangkan struktur dinding sheet pile menggunakan sheet pile baja HZ575B-C1 dengan sheet pile baja AU-18 sebagai anchoring sheet pile wall dan tie rod diameter 80 mm. Elemen pelat lantai dermaga digunakan sebagai floor slab on grade dengan tebal 30 cm menggunakan Lion Mesh rangkap M12-100. Adapun perkerasan lapangan penumpukan berdasarkan British Standard for heavy duty pavement terdiri dari lapisan CTB 30 cm dan concrete paving block 8 cm dengan bedding sand 5 cm. Selain itu struktur bola silo akan menggunakan pelat baja 12 mm dan insulator keramik 20 cm dengan empat kolom penopang pipa baja 60 cm - tebal 2.5 cm dan pipa baja 20 cm tebal 1.2 cm sebagai bracing. Pondasi silo pada tiap titik kolom penopang berupa empat tiang pancang beton pratekan spun pile tipe C diameter 60 cm tebal 10 cm panjang total 38 meter dengan poer 2.5 m x 2.5 m x 1.5 m dan kolom pedestal diameter 100 cm. Rekapitulasi biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pembangunan adalah sebesar Rp. 138122933330- termasuk PPN 10.


ABSTRACT

Nilam Barat Harbour at Tanjung Perak Port of Surabaya is specialized to serve the transportation of hazardous goods hazardous area and dry or liquid bulk. Along existing growth a new pier development is conducted at northside of the Pertamina LPG pier which is a 200 m x 30 m multi purpose pier and also its land facility of container yard and silo or storaging liquid such as sulphate acid H2SO4. So the objective of this study is to plan the details of said development based on the layout given by PT. Pelindo III. The vessel used for design is 5000 DWT and the depth of dredge line is -9 mLWS. Hence in this study dredging is not supposed to be planned but only to analyze the secondary data land reclamation detail engineering design of the pier with wharf structure of sheet pile container yard pavement steel spherical silo structure and also the methods and total cost which are needed for the construction. The design of wharf structure by single tie rod sheet pile uses the free earth support method and Blums graphical method. The reinforced concrete element design refers to elastic alternative method taken from SNI 03-2847-2002 section 25 and design of steel struture use refers to SNI 03-1729-2002 which the earthquake load is based o SNI 03-1726-2002. Result of the analysis shows that the pier elevation is 4.00 mLWS since the system of docking uses Bridgestone SA400H-3000LR4 fender and capacity of boulder is 100 tonnes. The total volume of land reclamation is about 327482.05 m3 using PVD. The structure of sheet pile wall use HZ575B-C1 steel sheet piles and the AU-18 steel sheet pile is used for the anchoring sheet pile walsl which the diamter of tie rod is 80 mm. And the pier floor element as the floor slab on grade 30 cm uses the double Lion Mesh type M12-100. Design of the container yard pavement refers to the British Standard for Heavy Duty Pavement which consist of 30 cm CTB layer 8 cm concrete paving block and 5 cm bedding sand. Besides that the thickness of spherical structure of the silo uses 12 mm steel plate and 20 cm ceramic insulator which has four column made from 60 cm steel pipe with 12 mm tickness and 20 cm steel pipe bracing which has thickness of 1.2 cm is chosen. The silo foundation for each column point is formed by four spun piles type C which has 60 cm diameter 10 cm thick and total length 38 meters with 2.5 m x 2.5 m x 1.5 m pile cap and 100 cm diameter pedestal columns. The total cost needed for the construction is Rp. 138122933330- include 10 VAT.
