ABSTRAK

Pencemaran paling besar terjadi pada jalan-jalan yang sering macet berkurangnya kecepatan tempuh rata-rata dan efisiensi bahan bakar yang berdampak semakin besarnya zat pencemar yang diemisikan. Jalan Brigjen Katamso merupakan jalan penghubung menuju wilayah industri SIER banyak kendaraan berat yang melewati jalan ini. Angkutan truk dan sejenisnya berpotensi besar dalam menimbulkan antrian yang panjang pada jam sibuk dan mengakibatkan kemacetan. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan cara untuk mengestimasikan besarnya konsentrasi emisi yang tersebar di ambien dari kendaraan yang melewati Jalan Brigjen Katamso. Emisi yang diestimasikan adalah gas NOx dan Partikulat SPM. Model yang digunakan untuk mengestimasikan adalah model gauss dan model box. Input model berasal dari jumlah kendaraan yang melewati jalan faktor emisi masing-masing kendaraan lalu dihitung laju emisi. Laju emisi dimasukkan kedalam persamaan model sehingga didapatkan besarnya konsentrasi dari polutan NOx Partikulat yang terkontribusi keudara ambien. Dari kedua model ini dipilih model yang tepat untuk jalan dengan melakukan validasi dari hasil pengukuran langsung dilapangan. Dari hasil validasi kedua model terlihat bahwa model box lebih tepat untuk mengestimasikan NOx karena nilai validasinya lebih kecil yaitu sebesar 2331 6123 4731 untuk masing-masing simpang. Pada Partikulat kedua model bisa digunakan dengan nilai validasinya masing-masing sebesar 2554 dan 627 untuk gauss dan box di simpang 1. Validasi pada simpang 2 dan 3 tidak memenuhi tapi dari hasil perhitungan dengan data pembanding kedua model bisa digunakan.


ABSTRACT

The biggest air pollutions were happened at the streets which jammed often. The lack of average speed and fuel efficiency were impacted for the increase of air pollutants which were emitted. Brigjen Katamso street is the connector street for SIER industrial area there are many heavy vehicles passed this street. The truck and other heavy vehicles have a big potential to made long queue at busy time and then caused traffic jam. In this research would be conducted the way to estimate the emission concentration values which was dispersed in ambient from vehicles that passed at Brigjen Katamso street. The estimated emission were NOx gases and Suspended Particulate Matter SPM. The used models were Gaussian model and Box model. The model inputs from the amount of vehicles which passed this street the emission factor of each vehicle then the emission rate will be calculated. The Emission rate will be belonged in the model equations so that the concentrations value of air pollutants NOx and Particulate which was dispersed in ambient would be got. From both used model would be chosen the suitable model for use at Brigjen Katamso Street by using validation with direct measurement at the study area. From the validation result of both models it seen that Box model was more suitable than Gaussian model to estimate NOx because the validation values were smaller the values were 2331 61234731 for each intersection streets. For Particulate both models could be used with each validation values 2554 and 627 for Gauss and Box at first intersection of street. The validation values at second and third intersection were couldnt used but from the calculation of comparator data both models could be used.
