ABSTRAK

Bioreaktor anaerob merupakan reaktor yang sangat efektif untuk mengolah substrat limbah organik. Pada musim kemarau konsentrasi substrat akan tinggi sedang pada musim penghujan konsentrasi substrat rendah. Kondisi iini sangat membahayakan hidup mikroorganisme yang berimbas pada kestabilan sistem bioreaktor anaerob. Diperlukan pemilihan setiap saat variabel aksi yang paling tepat sehingga dapat dipilih setiap saat variabel aksi yang paling tepat sesuai dengan skala prioritas yaitu 1menjaga stabilitas sistem 2menjaga produksi metana 3mempercepat waktu respon. Variabel aksi penambahan D dilution sangat efektif untuk menstabilkan sistem sedang variabel aksi penambahan binc sangat efektif untuk menjaga produksi gas metana Dengan menggunakan Jaringan syaraf tiruan dan logika fuzzy diperoleh sistem dengan ketahanan terhadap gangguan berupa amplitude sinyal step sebesar 719 produksi metana 0019 literjam dan kestabilan pH pada 265 jam.Hal ini jauh lebih baik dibandingkan dengan menggunakan model limit stabilitas yang hanya mampu menahan gangguan sebesar 212produksi metana 0004 literjam dan waktu untuk menstabilkan nilai pH yang lebih besar yaitu 280 jam. .


ABSTRACT

Anaerobic bioreactor is very effective reactor for the process of organic substrate waste. At dry season concentration substrat will be high at wet season low concentration substrate. This circumstance of course very dangerous for continuity of microorganisms life which induce stability system of bioreactor anaerob. This condition needed precise action variable moment. To chosen the correct action variable needed an appliance to diagnose system performance. Using model of limit stability which can diagnose system performance so every most precise action variable can be choosen as according to priority scale that is 1keeping of system stability 2keeping of methane production 3quickly of respon time. Action variable of addition D dilution very effective to stabilize the system variable of addition action binc very effective to keep of methanes product. A anaerob bioreactor with Artificial neural network and fuzzy logic can tolerance a disturbance is 719 methane product quantity is 0019 litrehour and need 265 hour to stabilize pH. This method is better than use limit stability method which can be able to tolerance disturbance value is 212 methane product quantity is 0004 litrehour and need long time to stabilize pH is 280 hour.
