ABSTRAK

Pengoperasian mesin di perusahaan yang pada umumnya adalah mesin-mesin besar yang akan menimbulkan tingkat kebisingan yang tinggi. Dimana tingkat kebisingan yang tinggi sangat besar pengaruhnya terhadap manusia. Begitu juga dengan mesin blasting yang merupakan mesin pembersih besi pada platplat kapal yang terdapat di PT.PAL Indonesia. Tingkat kebisingan di sekitar mesin melebihi nilai ambang batas kebisingan menurut Menteri Tenaga Kerja Transmigrasi dan Koperasi No.51Men1999 bahwa nilai ambang batas kebisingan di tempat kerja ditetapkan 85 dBA. Upaya menurunkan tingkat kebisingan bertujuan untuk melindungi para pekerja yang sering berada di sekitar area ruang mesin blasting atau pada daerah bising. Tahapan yang dilakukan untuk menganalisa tingkat kebisingan adalah pengukuran TTB pada sumber bising dan pada ruang penerima PSIL Preferred Speech Interference Level dan hasil kuesioner yang telah diisi oleh pekerja.Area Ruang mesin blasting tersebut memiliki tingkat kebisingan maksimum 104.8 dB dan 103.1 dBA sedangkan tingkat kebisingan minimumnya adalah 87.7 dB dan 85.8 dBA dengan tingkat tekanan bunyi rata-rata yaitu 100.5 dB dan 98.7 dBA sedangkan nilai PSIL sebesar 76.16 dBA. Dari kuesioner yang telah diisi oleh para pekerja bagian mesin pembangkit bahwa kebisingan di tempat tesebut sangat tinggi dan keadaan di unit ini makin lama juga semakin tinggi


ABSTRACT

The machine of operation in the company of the high noise level generally. Which so influence of the human being.Blasting room is the cleaner iron machine of ship plates in the PT.PAL INDONESIA. According to monoster of transmigration hard worker and cooperation that the noise level. Surrounding of machine have an ambient value 85 dBA. To decrease of noise level to coverring of workers who standing of surround the blasting room. The step having done to analyze of noise level is TTB measurement of noise source and the receiver room PSIL and the result which have been signed by the workers. The room machine area having maximum noise level 1048 dB or 1031 dBA. and the value of minimum noise level has 877 dB or 85.8 dBA with the sound pressure level of mean that is 1005 dB or 987 dBA. For the value of PSIL has 7616 dBA. Finally the fact of the questionare result defined the noise in that place is very high and which continue highly
