ANALYSIS NOISE LEVEL AT WORKSHOP MACHINE WORKROOM

ABSTRAK

Pada suatu ruang kerja bengkel mesin terdapat suatu sumber bising yang diakibatkan oleh beberapa mesin kerja yang terdapat di PT. Petrokimia Gresik Up I yang dapat mengganggu aktivitas kinerja para pekerja. Ruang kerja bengkel mesin dengan ukuran 28 x 18 m dengan bekerjanya mesin Bubut Milling Grenda secara bersama sama. Parameterparameter akustik yang akan dianalisa adalah Sumber kebingan tertinggi distribusi bising pada ruang kerja bengkel mesin dan PSIL Preferred Speech Interference Level. Dari hasil pembahasan diketahui Tingkat tekanan bunyi rata-rata pada mesin bekerja BubutMillingGrenda yaitu 78.43 dB. TTB tertinggi adalah 87.4 dB di titik 62 dan TTB terendah adalah 74.5 dB di titik 66. Tingkat tekanan bunyi rata-rata pada saat mesin mati BubutMillingGrenda yaitu 76.26 dB. TTB tertinggi adalah 78.9 dB di titik 59 dan TTB terendah adalah 74 dB di titik 3 dan di titik4


ABSTRACT

At one particular machine workshop workroom there are noise source which resulted from by some machines work which there are in PT. Petrochemical Gresik Up I. which can bother the performance activity workers. Workshop machine workroom is of the size 28 x 18 m Bubut Milling Grenda working of the machine collectivelytogether. Parameter-Parameter acoustics to be analysed by is Highest Source of Noise Noise Distribution PSIL Preferred Speech Interference Level. From the result of solution known mean sound pressure level at machine work BubutMillingGrenda that is 78.43 dB. Lp highest is 87.4 dB in dot of 62 and Lp lowest is 74.5 dB in dot of 6. Mean sound pressure level at the time of dead machine BubutMillingGrenda that is 76.26 dB. Lp highest is 78.9 dB in dot of 59 and Lp lowest is 74 dB in dot 3 and in dot of 4
