ABSTRAK

Boiler Feed Pump Turbin BFPT merupakan salah satu komponen penting didalam suatu Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap karena merupakan komponen penyedia feed water dan power yang dibutuhkan Boiler Feed Water BFW. Oleh karena itu analysis reliability instrument pada Boiler Feed Pump Turbin sangat menentukan kehandalan dari komponenkomponen penyusunnya karena mampu memprediksi tingkat kehandalan sebagai bentuk performansi dari BFPT. Metode Failure Modes And Effect Analylsis FMEA merupakan metode kualitatif yang menganalisis Risk Priority Number RPN tertinggi dengan mengidentifikasi mode-mode dan akibat kegagalannya. Hasil dari analisis reliability instrument BFPT 7TG-TRB-100 secara kualitatif diperoleh bahwa control valve mempunyai Risk Priority Number tertinggi sebesar 160. Dan secara kuantitatif diperoleh reliability total Rst 055 pada saat t 2000 jam sehingga predictive maintenance yang paling tepat adalah dengan interval waktu T 2000 jam yang mempunyai availability At 090


ABSTRACT

Boiler Feed Pump Turbine BFPT is one of important thing in a PLTU because it is as a feed water provider component and a power that needed by Boiler Feed Water BFW. Thats why instrument reliability analysis in the Boiler Feed Pump Turbine is very important to make a reliability from its components because it can to predict a reliability level as a BFPT performance. FMEA is qualitative method that analyze a higher Risk Priority Number RPN by identify a modes and is failure. The result from instrument reliability analysis of BFPT 7TG-TRB-100 qualitatively reached that total reliability Rst 005 at t 2000 hours so a right predictive maintenance is when the interval time at T 2000 hours that have availability At 09.
