ABSTRAK

Grafik pengendali adalah sebuah grafik yang digunakan untuk mengendalikan proses secara statistik dan sebagai alat untuk mempertimbangkan apakah proses terkendali secara statistik atau tidak. Grafik pengendali CUSUM jumlah kumulatif merupakan salah satu grafik pengendali yang diusulkan sebagai alternatif terhadap grafik pengendali Shewhart. Tugas Akhir ini mengkaji dua grafik pengendali CUSUM baru berdasarkan the probability integral transformation yaitu grafik pengendali M CUSUM dan V CUSUM. Grafik M CUSUM merupakan grafik pengendali yang didesain khusus untuk mendeteksi pergeseran kecil pada proses mean sedangkan V CUSUM untuk mendeteksi pergeseran kecil pada proses varian. Lebih lanjut M CUSUM dan V CUSUM dapat diplot pada satu skema sehingga dapat digunakan untuk menyidik adanya pergeseran kecil pada proses mean dan varian secara bersama-sama.


ABSTRACT

Control chart is a chart used to control the process statistically and a tool for detecting whether the process is in control statistically or not. CUSUM control chart is one of control chart proposed as alternative to Shewhart control chart. This final project studied two new CUSUM control chart based on The probability integral transformation they are M CUSUM and V CUSUM chart. The M CUSUM chart is specifically designed for detecting small shift in process mean while the V CUSUM chart is specifically designed for detecting small shift in process variant. Moreover they can be plotted on one scheme so can be used to detect small shift in process mean and variant at the same time.
