Description:

Dalam Tugas Akhir ini dilakukan perencanaan jembatan kereta api short cut Stasiun Pasar Turi – Stasiun Gubeng dengan menggunakan beton pratekan box girder. Tipe konstruksi yang digunakan adalah sigle box girder karena lebar jembatan memungkinkan penggunaan single box yaitu 8 m, sedangkan untuk sistem pratekan bentuk kantilever didasarkan pada pertimbangan panjang jembatan yang cukup panjang yaitu 406,4 m, dengan dibagi 6 bentang yaitu 43,2 m + 80 m + 80 m + 80 m + 80 m + 43,2 m.Perencanaan jembatan dimulai dari latar belakang pemilihan tipe struktur jembatan, perumusan tujuan perencanaan hingga lingkup pembahasan. Kemudian diikuti dengan dasardasar perencanaan dimana dalam hal ini perencanaan didasarkan pada peraturan PUPJJRI 1988. Dari data-data perencanaan kemudian dilakukan preliminary design dengan menentukan dimensi-dimensi utama jembatan. Memasuki tahap awal perencanaan adalah perhitungan unsur sekunder jembatan yaitu pagar jembatan, yang kemudian digunakan untuk analisa beban yang terjadi. Analisa beban yang terjadi yaitu analisa berat sendiri, analisa beban mati tambahan, analisa beban kereta api dan analisa pengaruh waktu yaitu pengaruh creep dan loss prestressed. Dari hasil analisa beban yang terjadi dilakukan perhitungan kontrol tegangan tendon kantilever, control tegangan tendon tepi, kontrol tegangan tendon tengah, control tegangan akibat beban mati tambahan, kontrol tegangan akibat beban kereta api, perhitungan tegangan akibat pengaruh waktu yaitu redistribusi berat sendiri akibat creep, redistribusi momen post tension akibat creep, perhitungan tegangan akibat loss prestressed, tahap terakhir adalah perhitungan kontrol tegangan akhir. Selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan penulangan box, kontrol lendutan, perhitungan geser, perhitungan kekuatan dan stabilitas yaitu kontrol momen retak, kontrol momen batas, kontrol gaya membelah dan kontrol torsi. Memasuki tahap akhir perencanaan dilakukan perencanaan perletakan dan bangunan bawah. Akhir dari perencanaan ini dihasilkan bentuk dan dimensi penampang. Dimana telah dilakukan perhitungan dan kontrol, sesuai dengan persyaratan dalam peraturan yang diterapkan.

In this final project will be design a railway short cutbridge of Pasar Turi – Gubeng station using prestressed concrete with girder box. The construction type is using single box with 8 m length, and the prestressed system is chosen cantilever based on the bridge length which 406,4 m, divide into 6 spans of 43,2 m + 80 m + 80 m + 80 m + 80 m + 43,2 m. The bridge design starts from background of the bridge structure type, purposes of design until . Then followed with bases of design which in this matter based on PUPJJRI 1988. From design data can be defined preliminary design which determine of the main dimension of bridge. Entering the first phase design is calculate the secondary part of bridge which is the fence that using for the working load analysis that happen. Working load analysis is the self weight load, additional load, train load and time effect load (creep and loss prestressed ). From this working load analysis can be calculate the cantilever tendons stress, side tendon stress, middle tendon stress, additional dead load stress, train load stress, calculation of time effect (self weigt redistribution because of creep, post tension moment redistribution because of creep, loss prestressed stress) and the final phase is calculate final stress. And then calculate the reinforcement of the box, deflection control, shear calculation, force and stability calculation which is crack moment control, limit moment control, split force control and torsion control. End phase of design calculate the bearing bridge and the sub strcture. The result of this design is the form and the and box girder dimension. In wich the calculating and control meet the code
