ABSTRAK

Jasa Maintenance Transportasi udara haruslah memperhatikan kualitas pelayangannya agar bisnis tersebut dapat bertahan dan berkembang. Peranan industri ini adalah untuk perawatan pesawat terbang yang diharapkan dapat merawat kelangsungan umur hidup dari pesawat terbang itu sendiri. Merpati Maintenance Facility merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang tersebut. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah adanya keinginan dari pihak perusahaan agar perusahaan dapat berjalan dengan lancar efektif dan efisien biaya operasi rendah dengan keuntungan yang tinggi. Sementara pihak pegawai berkeinginan agar mendapat pekerjaan yang ringan lingkungan kerja nyaman kesejahteraan dan gaji yang tinggi. Untuk mengkaji permasalahan diatas maka dilakukanlah penelitian ini. Dengan merancang sistem kerja yang berbasis ergonomic secara makro yaitu optimasi sistem kerja dalam kaitannya dengan perilaku organisasi dan psikologi organisasi. Sehingga diharapkan perusahaan akan dapat meningkatkan profitnya dan dapat tetap bertahan di dunia perindustrian di Indonesia. Agar dapat memberikan gambaran secara jelas tentang system dan hubungan antar variabel-variabel di dalamnya yang digunakan oleh Merpati Maintenance Facility maka dalam penelitian ini akan digambarkan diagram lingkar sebab akibat dari sistem yang sedang berjalan yang nantinya akan dimodelkan dengan konsep pemodelan sistem secara dinamis dengan software bantu vensim.


ABSTRACT

Every Air Craft Maintenance Service company must always keep enermous attention in its service quality in order to keep survive and growing in the competitive industry. The roles of the air craft maintenance service company are to conduct aircraft maintenance with objective to prolong and extent the lifecycle of the aircraft. Merpati Maintenance Facility are one of the company in the aircraft maintenance Industry. The main problem of the Merpati Maintenance Facility company are the will of top management decision which wanted to make the company operation running in its smooth effective and efficient ways so the company can achieve low operation cost and gain higher profits. Meanwhile employees are always wanted to get lighter work load more comfortable working environtment and more higher wage. This research are conducted In order to investigate and solve the problem above. By designing a system with the basis of ergonomic with more macro environtment the research will present ways to optimize work system under industrial psicological and organizational behavioral context with objective to gain profit and stay survive in the national competitive industry. In order to get a full description of the system and the relationship among its variables within the company this research will present a causal loop diagrams of the real company system and later on will be modeled using system dynamic using vensim software.
