DESIGN OF PLUMBING SYSTEM FOR CLEAN WATER SISTEM AND FIRE HYDRANT SISTEM IN METROPOLIS APARTMENT SURABAYA

ABSTRAK

Apartemen Metropolis yang berlokasi di Jalan Tenggilis Surabaya terdiri dari 3 tower. Tower A dan B terdiri dari 15 lantai dan 1 lantai basement dan untuk tower C terdiri dari 19 lantai dan 1 basement. Apartemen ini memiliki beberapa fasilitas seperti FoodCourt Laundry Service Mini Market Open Caf Business Center Swimming Pool Jacuzzi Fitness Center dan Jogging Track. Jumlah unit apartemen yang tersedia adalah 828 unit. Kebutuhan air bersih dihitung berdasarkan unit beban alat plambing adalah 1907443 m3hari. Sumber air bersih untuk apartemen ini dari PDAM. Pada perencanaan ini dilakukan perencanaan dengan 3 alternatif sistem pengaliran yaitu system tangki atap tangki tekan dan system pemompaan langsung. Sistem pengaliran terpilih menggunakan sistem tangki atap dimana air dipompakan dari ground reservoir menuju roof tank lalu didistribusikan ke setiap lantai secara gravitasi.. Sistem pemadam kebakaran yang diterapkan adalah sistem hidran dan sistem sprinkler.


ABSTRACT

Metropolis apartment is located at Jalan Raya Tenggilis Surabaya has 3 tower.Tower A and B consists of 15 floors and 1 basement and tower C consist of 19 towers and 1 basement . The apartment has some facilities such as FoodCourt Mini Market Open Caf Business Center Swimming Pool Jacuzzi Fitness Center and Jogging Track. Total unit in this apartment are 828 units. Clean water demand is calculated based on fixture unit that is 19074 m3day. Source of clean water supply is derived from PDAM. In this final project used 3 alternative distribution system are rooftank system pressure tank system and direct pump system. The choosen distribution system I srooftank system where clean water is pumped from ground reservoir to roof tank and then distributed to each floor by gravitation. Fire protection uses hydrant system and sprinkler system.
