Description:

Surabaya merupakan salah satu kota yang padat di Indonesia, dengan tingkat kepadatan yang sedemikian rupa, maka diperlukan suatu sistem transportasi yang baik. Salah satu masalah yang timbul adalah berpotongan jalan kereta api dengan jalan raya, bila terlalu banyak perpotongan maka akan mengakibatkan jalan semakin macet karena banyaknya perlintasan kereta api, dimana akan banyak kendaraan yang berhenti karena mendahulukan perjalanan kereta api. Salah satu lokasi yang banyak perpotongan sebidang adalah antara stasiun Gubeng dan Pasar Turi. Selain itu selama ini kereta api harus lewat stasiun Surabaya Kota untuk ke Pasarturi yang mengakibatkan lamanya perjalanan. Melihat kondisi ini, saya akan mencoba menyajikan suatu alternatif desain jembatan elevated antara stasiun gubeng-pasar turi dimana nantinya posisi dari jembatan elevated ini tidak menghambat kelancaran arus lalulintas serta memberikan kenyamanan kendaraan yang lewat dibawahnya, selain itu juga mempersingkat waktu perjalanan antara stasiun gubeng-pasar turi atau sebaliknya. Secara garis besar peraturan pembebanan pada perencanaan jembatan elevated ini adalah SBG 1988 dan BMS 1992. Dari data-data perencanaan kemudian dilakukan preliminary desain dengan menentukan dimensi-dimensi utama jembatan. Memasuki tahap awal perencanaan adalah perhitungan unsur sekunder jembatan yaitu bak ballast yang kemudian digunakan untuk analisa beban yang terjadi. Analisa beban yang terjadi terdiri dari analisa berat sendiri, analisa beban mati tambahan, analisa beban hidup dan analisa beban hidup tambahan. Dari hasil analisa beban yang terjadi kemudian dilakukan perhitungan kontrol tegangan tendon akibat beban mati dan beban hidup. Selanjutnya dilakukan kontrol lendutan, perhitungan kekuatan dan stabilitas yaitu kontrol momen retak, kontrol momen batas, kontrol gaya membelah, perhitungan geser dan perhitungan penulangan geser balok I. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan dan kontrol, akhir dari desain ini dihasilkan bentuk dan dimensi penampang yang sesuai dengan persyaratan dan peraturan. Hasil perancangan struktur berupa dimensi balok I, penempatan tendon, penulangan dan pendetailan struktur yang dituangkan dalam bentuk tabel-tabel dan gambar-gambar.

Surabaya represent one of crowdy town in Indonesia, with this level of density which in such a manner, needed a good transportation system. One of problem of arising out is proportioned of railway, if too much intersection; street progressively stuck because to the number of train trajectory, where will a lot of vehicle desisting because prioritize train journey. One of location which is a lot of intersection is among/between station of Gubeng and Pasarturi. Others during the time the train have to through station of Surabaya Kota to Pasarturi resulting transportation duration. See this condition, I will try to present an alternative of desain of bridge of elevated between station of Gubeng-Pasarturi where later position from bridge of this elevated do not pursue fluency of current of traffic and also give confort of vehicle through under this elevated bridge, others also take a short cut time of transportation between station of Gubeng-Pasarturi. Marginally regulation of loading at planning of this elevated bridge is SBG 1988 and BMS 1992. From data of planning later conducted preliminary desain by determining the especial dimension bridge. Entering early stage of planning is calculation of element of secondary bridge that is basin of used later ballast to analyse burden that happened. Analyse burden that happened consisted by the heavy analysis itself, analyse of addition dead load, analyse live load and analyse of additional live load. From result analyse load that happened later conducted a calculation control tension of tendon effect of dead load and the live load. Hereinafter conducted chamber control, calculation of strength and stability that is control crack momen, control ultimate momen, split force control and calculation of shear. After calculation and control, end of this desain is yielded form and dimension of profile matching with conditions and regulation. Result of scheme of structure in the form of dimension of beam I, tendon location, reinforcement and detail of structure poured in the form of tabless and pictures.
