STRUCTURE ANALYSIS AT SHIP TYPE DCV 18.500 DWT EFFECT OF ADDITION DECK CRANE

ABSTRAK

Penambahan Deck crane pada kapal sangat berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan struktur konstruksi main deck. Karena itu struktur geladak utama atau main deck terutama pada bagian bawah deck crane harus di analisa seberapa besar pengaruhnya terhadap kekuatan struktur kapal akibat penambahan deck crane. Untuk menganalisa kekuatan struktur Main deck akibat penambahan deck crane maka harus ditinjau gaya-gaya dinamis yang bekerja pada struktur Pondasi Deck Crane dengan menggunakan metode finite elemen Dalam metode Finite Element struktur yang dianalisa dibagibagi dalam element-element yang lebih kecil dan sederhana mesh dalam jumlah yang berhingga dengan pemberian nilai kondisi batas daripada struktur yang disimulasikan tersebut. Dengan simulasi ship design pada metode Finite Element dapat menghitung nilai tegangan pada main deck tepatnya dibawah deck crane.


ABSTRACT

Addition of Deck crane at ship have an effect on to strength of construction structure main deck. In consequence especial deck structure or main deck especially underside of deck crane have to analysis how big the influence of to strength of ship structure effect of addition of deck crane. To analyse strength of structure main deck effect of addition of deck crane hence have to be evaluated by dynamic styles employing at Foundation structure of Deck Crane by using method of finite element. In method of Finite analysed Element structure to be assorted in element-element the smallerness and modestly mesh in number which till with giving of value ofis condition of boundary than structure which is the isnt it. With simulation of ship design at method of Finite Element can calculate tension value at main deck precisely belowunder deck crane.
