ABSTRAK

Memori heteroasosiatif dua arah akhir-akhir ini telah meningkatkan performa dalam mendapatkan kembali pola bernoise dan jumlah attractor palsu yang dihasilkan namun dengan konsekuensi kompleksitas proses yang juga meningkat. Umumnya memori heteroasosiatif dua arah hanya mendapatkan kembali stimulus bipolar dan terbatasnya mendapatkan kembali pola berskala keabuan grayscale. Oleh karena itu diperkenalkan memori heteroasosiatif dua arah baru yang menggunakan aturan pembelajaran iteratif sederhana yang konvergen terhadap dirinya-sendiri dan fungsi aktivasi nonlinear baru yang dapat membentuk attractor bernilai real. Performa model memori heteroasosiatif baru tersebut diamati dalam tugas akhir ini dengan mempelajari pola-pola bipolar berupa gambar hitam-putih dan pola-pola berderajat keabuan berupa gambar dengan tingkat keabuan 16 warna. Simulasi menunjukkan bahwa memori baru ini dapat mengembalikan pasangan dari pola-pola bernoise dan menghasilkan attractor palsu sebesar 27.976. Selain itu fungsi akivasi baru memungkinkan model baru ini untuk mempelajari dan mendapatkan kembali pola berskala keabuan grayscale dalam dua arah dengan keakurasian mendapatkan pola pasangannya dengan tingkat kerusakan 50.


ABSTRACT

Recent work on bidirectional heteroassociative memory has improved network performance in relation to noisy recall and the number of spurious attractors but at the cost of an increase in bidirectional heteroassociative memory complexity. In all the cases the networks can only recal the bipolar and thus are of limited use for the grayscale pattern recall. In this paper a new bidirectinal heteroassociative memory model that use a self-convergent iterative learning rule and a new nonlinear activation function which can result real attractor has been introduced.. Performance of the new bidirectional heteroassociative memory is observed in this final project by learning bipolar patterns in the form of black and white images as well as grayscale patterns in the form of 16-depth grayscale images. Simulations show that the new model is able recall associated noisy patterns and develop spurious attractors approximately 27.976. In addition the novel activation function enables it to learn and recall grayscale patterns in bidirectional way with 50 loss rate.
