ABSTRAK

Perselisihan antara Angkutan Bus Kota dengan Bus Hijau dalam hal perebutan penumpang sangat sering terjadi. Untuk itu perlu dianalisa tingkat persaingan moda angkutan umum tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini hasil dari survey boarding alighting dijadikan acuan untuk menentukan pembebanan dengan metode Tzygalnitsky kemudian hasil dari pembebanan tersebut untuk menghitungLoadfactor. Hasil dari analisa Load Factor tiap ruas pada masing-masing Angkutan untuk Load Factor Bus kota dan Bus Hijau rata-rata masih dibawah satu dan untuk arah Surabaya-Mojokerto Load factor yang terbesar adalah pada ruas Krian-Terminal KertojoyoMojokerto. Artinya Kecenderungan penumpang yang naik bus hijau jurusan Surabaya-Mojokerto pada ruas Jalan Ahmad Yani adalah penumpang yang akan bepergian ke arah Krian dan Mojokerto. untuk penumpang yang naik bus kota pada ruas jalan Ahmad Yani adalah penumpang yang akan menuju ke Kota Surabaya JMP atau Tanjung Perak. jadi orientasi penumpang yang naik bus hijau jurusan Surabaya-Mojokerto dan bus kota di ruas Jalan Ahmad Yani berbeda.


ABSTRACT

The conflict of between Bus Kota dan Bus Hijau of getting a passenger is always happened in case of that it is need to analyze the competition of those two transportation mode. On these research the result of boarding alighting survey is became foundation to ascertain the load by using the Tzygalnitsky method and the result of that loading is used to count a Load Factor. The result of Load Factor on every route segment for each mode is showing that the Load Factor Bus Kota and Bus Hijau is under the level of one and for surabaya-Mojokerto route the biggest Load Factor is acquired on the krian-Kertojoyo TerminalMojokerto. That result means that the passenger who take a trip from Jl. Acmad Yani route segment using the Surabaya-mojokerto Bus Hijau is preferred to go krian-Mojokerto and for the passenger who take a trip using a Bus Kota from Jl. Achmad Yani route segment is a passenger who want to go to Surabaya city JMP Tanjung perak . so the conclution of this research is the orientation of passenger who traveled by the Bus Hijau of Surabaya-Mojokerto route is differently whit the passenger who traveled by Bus Kota at Jalan Achmad Yani route segment.
