ABSTRAK

Pengoperasian mesin kompresor yang terdapat di PT.Petrokimia Gresik. umumnya adalah mesin-mesin besar yang dapat menimbulkan tingkat kebisingan yang tinggi. Dimana tingkat kebisingan yang tinggi sangat besar pengaruhnya terhadap manusia. Khususnya pada tingkat kemunduran pendengaran manusia Upaya menurunkan tingkat kebisingan bertujuan untuk melindungi para pekerja yang sering berada di sekitar area ruang mesin kompresor dari gangguan pendengaran. Tahapan yang dilakukan untuk menganalisa tingkat kebisingan adalah pengukuran TTB pada sumber bising dan pada ruang penerima NIHL Noise Induced Hearing Loss AIHL Age Induced Hearing LossHLTotal serta hasil kuesioner yang telah diisi oleh pekerja. Hasil Dari penelitian ini adalah area ruang mesin kompresor tersebut memiliki tingkat kebisingan maksimum 92.5 dBA sedangkan tingkat kebisingan minimumnya adalah 88.1 dBA dengan tingkat tekanan bunyi rata-rata yaitu 90.55 dBA sedang HLTotal mulai usia 40 tahun dengan lama noise exposure minimal 15 tahun karyawan akan mengalami kemunduran pendengaran yang signifikan Hearing Loss 25 dB terutama untuk frekuensi tinggi Audiometri 4000 6000. Ini artinya sensitifitas sistim pendengaran karyawan akan menurun untuk frekuensi tinggi Audiometri.


ABSTRACT

Generally operation of compressor machine in the PT Petrokimia Gresik is big machines which caused high noise level. It was caused extreme effect for human. Especially its hearing level. Purpose of noise level decrease is protect the workers in the surrounding of compressor area from hearing noise oftenly. First step to start analyze noise level is measure TTB of noise source and control room NIHLNoise Induced Hearing Loss AIHL Age Induced Hearing Loss HLTotal Hearing Loss Total also the result questionaire which falled by them. As the result of the research state if the maximum noise level in the surrounding of compressor area is 92.5 dBA and the minimum is 88.1 dBA. For the sound level average is 90.55 dBA and the HLTotalfor range age which start from 40 years with at least noise exposure as long as 15 years which caused hearing impairment of them significantly Hearing Loss25 dB especially for high frekuensi 4000 6000 Hz. Its means hearing impairment sensitivity feel down for high frekuensi Audiometri
