FEASEBILITY STUDY OF DOCKING FACILITY SUPPLY AT PT .DOK DUMAI PDD

ABSTRAK

PT. Patra Dok Dumai merupakan satu-satunya perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang Bangunan baru dan Reparasi kapal yang berada di Provinsi Riau tepatnya di Kota Dumai. Anak perusahaan Pertamina ini mengalami musibah tenggelamnya sarana pokok galangan berupa floating dock dengan kapasitas 20.000 TLC. Dalam tugas akhir ini ditentukan tipe kapasitas dan jumlah dock space yang sesuai untuk memenuhi permintaan reparasi kapal berdasarkan aspek pasar untuk daerah Dumai. Dalam perencanaan pengadaan sarana pengedokan ini meliputi beberapa perhitungan yaitu penentuan kapasitas produksi area produksi dan layout galangan peralatan produksi dan material handling dan kebutuhan sumber daya manusia. Untuk memenuhi permintaan reparasi yakni satu buah slipway kapasitas 1500 BRT sebagai tambahan dari Floating Dock kapasitas 1500 TLC yang telah ada Pengadaan sarana pengedokan dan penambahan sarana produksi membutuhkan investasi sebesar Rp 27.332.285.644 dengan menggunakan metode NPV BC ratio dan IRR proyek ini layak dilaksanakan jika pendanaannya menggunakan modal sendiri atau pinjaman bank sebesar 50 dari total investasi


ABSTRACT

Patra Dok Dumai Inc. Pertaminas subsidiary is the only company operating in a new building and reparation of ship located in dumai Riau. PDD suffered from sinking of primary facility 20.000 TLC floating dock. Type capacity and number of dock space designed to fulfill based demand of ship repair. Planning of docking facility supply includes these calculations production capacity production area and shipyard layout production tools material handling and human resources. Fulfilling demand of ship repair new facility a 1500 BRT slipway as an additional docking for the existing 1500 TLC floating dock. Dockingfacilities supply and production facility addition need investment of Rp27.332.285.644 by using NPV BC ratio and IRR method this project is feasible if its funding provide by private capital or bank loan of 50 total investment
