ABSTRAK

komunikasi digital diantara instrumen instrumen cerdas di lapangan bersama sama dengan elemen pengendali yang juga terintegrasi dan terdistribusi di intrumen instrumen cerdas tersebut. Termasuk dari trend ini adalah Foundation Fieldbus yang merupakan salah satu jaringan pengendalian digital yang bekerja berdasarkan standar dari Fieldbus Foundation Consortium. Di dalam Foundation Fieldbus semua algoritma pengendalian di eksekusi secara eksklusif oleh suatu struktur yang dinamakan function block FB. Beberapa function block telah distandarisasi oleh Foundation Fieldbus. Namun disayangkan bahwa tidak ada FB yang mampu merepresentasikan sistem pengendalian cerdas intelligence control seperti jaringan syaraf tiruan JST secara independen. Oleh karena itulah penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan tool baru yang mampu memperformasikan pengendalian cerdas berbasis Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan dengan mengkonfigurasi dan mengintegrasikan funtion block yang telah distandarisasikan oleh Foundation Fieldbus dan function block yang dimiliki oleh supervisory control system-nya. Tool yang terbentuk kemudian digunakan untuk membangun algoritma Predictive PID Controller pada pilot plant sistem pengendalian level PT. Yokogawa Indonesia. Dari penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa kombinasi function block CALCU dan DLAY telah mampu menirukan cara kerja JST dengan struktur NNARX yang berfungsi sebagai model proses didalam skema pengendalian predictive PID. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa predictive PID menghasilkan Time settling Ts 153 detik dan ITAE 576287 lebih baik daripada basic PID yang hanya menghasikan time settling 156 detik dan ITAE sebesar 580851.


ABSTRACT

One of the strongest control system trend is the implementation of digital communication with built-in field control devices among smart instrument. One of this famous trend is Foundation Fieldbus which interlinks those smart instrument under Fieldbus Foundation Consortium standards. In Foundation Fieldbus all of the control algorithms is exclusively executed by special function called function block FB. There are several function block that has already been standardized by Foundation Fieldbus. Unfortunately there is no function block that can perform intelligent control such as artificial neural network ANN does independently therefore it has been combined with its supervisory control system function block. Then the main objective of this research is how to develop new tool to perform intelligence control through artificial neural network by configuring and integrating standardized Foundation fieldbuss function block and its supervisory control system block. The created tool then implemented to build Predictive PID Controller algorithms in level control pilot plant at PT.Yokogawa Indonesia. The result of the research showed that combination between CALCU block and DLAY block achieved satisfied result in performing artificial neural network with NNARX structure as process model in predictive PID controller schema. Further simulation came with result in which predictive PID controller had a better control quality than basic PID controller in handling process variable. Predictive PID controller result in good performance with 153 second of settling time ts and 57628.7 of ITAE better than basic PID that only have 156 second of settling time and 58085.1 of ITAE.
