ABSTRAK

Dewasa ini perkembangan proyek konstruksi semakin pesat dan kompleks. Perlu adanya inovasi-inovasi baru ataupun continous improvement guna mengatasi setiap permasalahan dalam setiap unit kerja yang ada. Inovasi yang terus mengalami perkembangan sebagai alat bantu dalam segala bidang ilmu pengetahuan adalah komputer. Salah satu unit kerja dalam proyek konstruksi beton bertulang adalah pekerjaan pemotongan besi tulangan. Pada umumnya pengerjaan perencanaannya dilakukan dengan cara manual sehingga dari segi proses ataupun hasilnya kurang efektif dan efesien. Dengan mencari data yang ada di berbagai literatur yang ada dapat direncanakan suatu aplikasi yang dapat melakukan pengerjaan perencanaan bar bending schedule secara otomatis. Optimum lokal didapat dengan membandingkan semua kemungkinan kombinasi potongan. Setelah evaluasi maka akan didapat suatu rancangan aplikasi program bantu yang siap digunakan. Hal - hal yang terkait dengan aplikasi program bantu untuk pengerjaan perencanaan bar bending schedule adalah identifikasi kebutuhan lapangan sebagai input proses optimasi yang dilakukan dengan metode search algorithm untuk setiap lokal optimumnya oleh program Python dan output dalam bentuk laporan perencanaan bar bending schedule. Aplikasi program bantu ini diharapkan mampu mengoptimalkan biaya mutu dan waktu dalam pengerjaan perencanaan bar bending schedule. Melalui studi kasus uji coba program bantu ini memperoleh hasil optimasi 44 - 4001.


ABSTRACT

Todays construction project development become higly grow and complex. For these it is necessary to make inovations or continous improvement to solve every problem in every unit work. The one whose improvement always renew day by day is computer. It can help to solve many problems in every field in sains. One of the unit work of project construction is bar bending schedule. Generally it was done manually so that makes the progress and cost arent efective and efisien. We can make a computer aplication program with optimation method and computer program languange which found in many reference can calculate bar bending schedule planning automaticly. It works by aplicatte local optimum searchl method which compare all possible bar combination needed. After it takes some evaluations will be get an aplication to optimize bar bending schedule in construction project and it can be used. Several things related to the bar bending planning aplication program are field needed identify as an input optimation process done by local optimum search algorithm aplicated in Python program and output in bar bending schedule planning report. This aplication may optimize cost quality and time in bar bending schedule planning work. From the test for the aplication the optimation result of materials can reach the number in 4.07 - 40.01 .
