ABSTRAK

Otomatisasi pada sistem-sistem yang rumit sangatlah diperlukan untuk mengefisienkan pengoperasian dari sistem dan juga mengurangi kesalahan yang pada umumnya diakibatkan oleh kesalahan manusia human error. Pada saat kapal akan melakukan manoeuvring ada tahapan-tahapan yang melibatkan banyak sistem dan komponen-komponen yang harus disiapkan terlebih dahulu proses pengoperasian dan monitoring terhadap parameter-parameter dari sistem dan komponennya memerlukan suatu tools berupa software pengontrol dan peng-otomatisasi yang mudah dioperasikan oleh operator sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan bebas dari kesalahan error free. Penggunaan sistem pakar sebagai dasar dari program dipertimbangkan karena keunggulan sistem pakar dalam pemakaiannya yang mensimulasikan pengetahuan dari seorang ahli dalam menangani kesalahan sistem sehingga seorang ABK yang kurang berpengalaman pun dapat melakukan trouble shooting dikala terdapat kegagalan dalam suatu sistem maupun sub sistem pada saat kapal sedang persiapan menuju kondisi manoeuvring.


ABSTRACT

Automation at the complicated systems is needed for increasing operation efficiency and reduce common errors that is evenly caused by human error. When ship would manuver there were stages which use many systems and components that must be prepared operation and monitoring process to the systems and components parameters need a tool by means a control automatic software which user friendly interface so can increasing the efficieny and safety error free. Using Expert System as a basic software building is considered because the advantage of Expert System that simulate knowledge from the expertise to solve system failure so the crew with less experience can doing trouble shooting when there was failure in a system or sub system while the ship is preparing to manoeuvring condition.
