ABSTRAK

Didalam dunia teknik khususnya teknik mesin kinematika mekanisme merupakan sebuah konsepteori yang harus dipahami dan dikembangkan karena hal itu adalah dasar pengembangan dari sebuah desain untuk mekanisme mesin baru. Perancangan alat peraga merupakan salah satu cara untuk membantu mahasiswa teknik mesin memahami tentang kinematika lebih jauh lagi. Dalam hal ini khususnya mengetahui keadaan yang sebenarnya dari sebuah pergerakan. Merancang alat peraga yang mengandung sebuah kinematika mekanisme adalah langkah awal untuk memahami keadaan sebenarnya dari pergerakan sebuah mekanisme. Dari alat peraga itu juga data yang merupakan parameter-parameter dari sebuah pergerakan dapat dicari. Sebuah sensor percepatan berfungsi untuk mengukur percepatan absolute di setiap titik pergerakan yang diletakkan pada suatu posisi tertentu pada alat peraga. Sedangkan gerakan mekanisme dari alat peraga berasal dari putaran motor yang dapat diputar dengan kecepatan putaran tertentu. Begitu juga dengan besarnya kecepatan putaran dari motornya dapat diketahui dari pengukuran sensor pada sistem rotary yang terletak pada poros motor. Dari data percepatan absolut tersebut maka kita bisa membandingkan hasilnya dengan percepatan absolut yang didapat secara analitis maupun grafis. Dari proses yang telah dijelaskan diatas maka dapat dihasilkan rancangan alat peraga yang dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam mempelajari kinematika dalam arti menggambarkan sebuah gerakan suatu mekanisme kinematika serta menumbuh-kembangkan imajinasi mahasiswa untuk mekanisme-mekanisme lain yang lebih bermanfaat bagi dunia industri.


ABSTRACT

In general engineering further more mechanical engineering kinematic mechanism was a concepttheory that must be learned and improved because it became a basic development of the design for the new machines mechanism. The designing of a equipment is the one way to help college of mechanical engineering to learn so far about kinematic. Especially in the thing of how to know the real condition of body motion. The designing equipment which consist of kinematic mechanism is fisrt step to know the real condition of motion from a mechanism. From this equipment the data that is the parameters of the body motion can be found. The function of a accelerometersensor is to measure the absolute accelerations that is taken at the fix position in this equipment. Than the motion of mechanism of the equipment come from the speed of motor that can be controlled in one speed control. And also with value of the motors speed can be found from measurement of the sensor in the rotary system that is taken in the saft of motor. From the absolute accelerations data we can compare this result with the absolute acceleration that came from analytical and graphic analysis. From the process that has been explained in above so it can be resulted the design of equipment that can help college to learn kinematic in the way to describe a motion of kinematic mechanism and also to develop improvement of imaginations college to the other mechanisms thats more usefull in the industrials world.
