REDESIGN OF MALO-KALITIDU BRIDGE IN BOJONEGORO DISTRIC BY USING PRESTRESSED SEGMENTAL BOX GIRDER

ABSTRAK

Dalam Tugas Akhir ini dilakukan perencanaan ulang jembatan Malo-Kalitidu di kabupaten Bojonegoro dengan menggunakan beton prategang box girder. Dimana jembatan ini yang sebelumnya didesain dengan menggunakan rangka busur baja. Tipe konstruksi yang digunakan adalah single box girder. Sedangkan untuk sistem prategang bentuk kantilever didasarkan pada pertimbangan panjang jembatan yang cukup panjang yaitu 190 m dengan dibagi menjadi 3 bentang yaitu 475 m 95 m 475 m. Perencanaan jembatan ini dimulai dengan penjelasan mengenai latar belakang pemilihan tipe jembatan perumusan tujuan perencanaan hingga lingkup pembahasan dan diikuti dengan dasar dasar perencanaan dimana analisa didasarkan pada peraturan BMS 1992. Dari data-data perencanaan kemudian dilakukan preliminary design dengan menentukan dimensi-dimensi utama jembatan. Pada tahap awal perencanaan adalah perencanaan struktur sekunder jembatan yaitu pagar dan trotoar yang kemudian digunakan untuk analisa beban yang terjadi. Analisa beban yang terjadi yaitu analisa berat sendiri analisa beban mati tambahan analisa beban lalu lintas dan anlisa pengaruh waktu yaitu pengaruh creep dan kehilangan prategang. Dari hasil analisa tersebut lalu dilakukan kontrol tegangan. Selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan penulangan box kontrol lendutan perhitungan geser perhitungan kekuatan dan stabilitas yaitu kontrol momen retak momen batas gaya membelah dan torsi. Memasuki tahap akhir perencanaan dilakukan perencanaan perletakan Akhir dari perencanaan ini dihasilkan bentuk dan dimensi penampang. Dimana yang sebelumnya dilakukan perhitungan dan kontrol sesuai dengan persyaratan dan peraturan yang diterapkan


ABSTRACT

This final project consists of redesign of Malo-Kalitidu Bridge in Bojonegoro District by using Prestressed Segmental Box Girder.The original design for this bridge is arch steel frame. The construction method that is used in this project is single box girder. And for the prestressed system the type of cantilever is based on the consideration of the length of this bridge which has 190 meters length and is devided into 3 quarters which are 475 m 95 m 475 m. The design of this bridge begins with the explaination of the background for the choice of the bridge type the purpose for this study is followed with the fundamental of design which is analyzed is based on the BMS 92. from the original data the preliminary design is done by determining the main dimension of the bridge. In the initial phase the design of the secondary structure for the bridge which are railings and curbs are used to calculate existing load. Load analyze are self weight dead load additional weight traffic load and time analyze because of creep and loss of prestressed. From the analyze than did the allowable stress control. After did the box reinforcement calculation allowable deflection shear calculation strength and stability calculation which are crack moment control limit moment divided force and torque. At the end of design stage is did the support design. From this designs form and properties of box girder are found.
