Ketepatan waktu penyelesaian atau delivery time pada pembangunan sebuah kapal tergantung dari sistem perencanaan dan penjadwalan yang dibuat oleh pihak galangan sebelum proses produksi pembangunan kapal baru dimulai. Dalam tugas akhir ini dilakukan pengaturan kembali sistem perencanaan dan penjadwalan dalam pembangunan 4 buah tug boat dan 2 buah kapal perintis 350 ton DWT yang telah dibuat dok dan galangan kapal PT Ben Santosa. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan metode semi tendem maka pembangunan 4 buah kapal tug boat dan 2 buah kapal perintis dapat diselesaikan selama 46 minggu dan lebih cepat dari rencana awal yang dibuat oleh PT. Ben Santosa yaitu 64 minggu dengan penambahan 1407,6 JO di bengkel produksi dan 4936,8 JO di landasan peluncuran. Pengaturan areal building berth dilakukan dengan memindahkan areal penimbunan pelat dan profil sementara. Dan peralatan produksi yang dimiliki galangan PT. Ben Santosa masih mencukupi.

Delivery time of new ship building depend on planning and scheduling system made by ship yard before production process of building ship newly started. In this final duty conducted by restructuring of planning and scheduling system in development 4 of tug boat and 2 of perintis coaster 350 ton DWT which have been made by dock and dockyard of PT Ben Santosa. Result from this final duty indicate that with the semi tendem method hence development 4 of tug boat and 2 of perintis coaster can be finished by during 46 week and is quicker than plan of early which is made by PT. Ben Santosa that is 64 week with the addition 1407,6 JO in workshop produce and 4936,8 JO in building berth. arrangement of building berth area done by removing areal conglomeration lisp and profile of whereas. And production equipments owned by the yard PT. Ben Santosa still answer the demand.
