COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS BETWEEN I-GIRDER OF FINITE STATIC STRUCTURE AND BOX GIRDER OF INFINITE STATIC STRUCTURE SPAN LENGTH 40 M CASE STUDY ABOUT CAUSEWAY SECTION OF SURAMADU BRIDGE SURABAYA SIDE

ABSTRAK

Jembatan Suramadu merupakan jembatan yang menghubungkan wilayah Surabaya dengan wilayah Madura. Perencanaannya terdiri dari 3 segmen yaitu causeway dengan panjang 336 km approach bridge dengan panjang 144 km dan main span dengan panjang 0818 km sehingga panjang totalnya adalah 54 km tipe konstruksi yang telah direncanakan adalah balok tipe I girder untuk causeway box girder pratekan untuk approach bridge dan main span. Khusus untuk main span dilengkapi dengan cable stayed. Adapun lebar melintang jembatan direncanakan 30m. Dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini akan dibuat perencanaan alternatif dengan mengganti tipe balok yang digunakan yaitu yang sebelumnya menggunakan balok tipe I girder dengan tipe balok kotak Prestressed box girder sama dengan tipe balok yang digunakan pada bagian approach bridge jembatan Suramadu. Data dan kriteria dari perencanaan jembatan ini berdasarkan peraturan Bridge Management System BMS1992. Dari data data perencanaan kemudian dilakukan preliminary design dengan menentukan dimensi dimensi utama jembatan. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan dan kontrol kemudian ii direncanakan metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan di lapangan. Tujuan dari perencanaan ini yaitu mendapatkan total waktu dan biaya pelaksanaan proyek. Setelah perhitungan alternatif pilihan tipe balok jembatan ini selesai dilakukan maka dibandingkan total waktu dan biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pelaksanaan struktur atas balok jembatan tipe balok kotak box ini dengan tipe balok existing di lapangan yaitu tipe balok I. Dari hasil analisa diketahui bahwa untuk metode pelaksanaan yang direncanakan pada pelaksanaan balok tipe I girder biaya yang dibutuhkan lebih murah daripada tipe box girder yaitu untuk tipe I girder senilai Rp.24.129.483.200 sedangkan untuk balok tipe box girder senilai Rp.29.134.175.400. Untuk lama waktu pelaksanaan balok tipe I girder lebih lama daripada tipe box girder. Pelaksanaan balok tipe I girder membutuhkan waktu selama 222 hari sedangkan untuk pelaksanaan balok tipe box girder dibutuhkan 215 hari.


ABSTRACT

Suramadu Bridge is a bridge that connecting Surabaya area with Madura area. The planning is consist of 3 Segment that is causeway with length 336 km approach bridge with length 336 km and main span with length 0818 km so the total length is 54 km construction type that planned was slab type I girder for causeway girder box prepressure for approach bridge and main span. Mainly for main span full with cable stayed. And cross wide of the bridge will planned 30 m. In this last exercise writing will made alternative planning by substitute using slab type that is later using slab type I girder type slab box prestressed box girder the same as using slab type in approach bridge section Suramadu Bridge. The data and criteria this bridge planning according to Bridge Management SystemBMS law1992. From the data planning then will be done pleminary design by determine the main dimensionsof the bridge. After were done calculation and controll then planned job actuiting methode in field. The aim of this planning is to get total time and project actuiting fee. After alternative calculation choice of slab brid type done then comparated the positif and negative this slab box type with iv existing slab type in the field that is slab type I using criteria from identification result. From analysys result was know that actuiting methode that planned in actuiting slab type I girder cost needed more cheap than box girder type that is for type I girder Rp 24.129.483.200 while for slab box girder type is Rp. 29.134.175.400. for a long time using slab type I girder need as long 222 days while using slab box girder typened 215 days. From literature can be concluded that using slab type I feel more easy and more safe. While for slab type box girder estethic cost more tall and the reach length can more length.
