ABSTRAK

Untuk meningkatkan keandalan pada jaringan distribusi maka diperlukan peralatan pengaman . Peralatan pengaman khususnya recloser dapat membebaskan gangguan baik permanen maupun sementara. Keandalan sistem jaringan distribusi 20 kV ditentukan oleh keandalan dari peralatanperalatan listrik yang membentuk suatu sistem tenaga listrik serta susunan peralatan listrik itu sendiri. Pada tugas akhir ini merepresentasikan metode RIA Reliabilty Index Asssesment untuk memperoleh indeks keandalan komponen pada jaringan distribusi dan metode algoritma Genetika GA untuk menentukan lokasi paling baik dalam memasang recloser. Tugas akhir ini membahas dua skenario yaitu tanpa adanya peralatan SSO dan dengan SSO. Pada skenario pertama diperoleh bahwa lokasi yang paling baik berada pada saluran 33 hal ini disebabkan jika dipasang recloser maka akan mampu menurunkan SAIDI sebesar 0.17136 dan memiliki indeks MAIFIE sebesar 0.08394. Sedangkan pada skenario dua diperoleh lokasi yang paling baik berada pada saluran 14 yang mampu menurunkan SAIDI sebesar 0.07421 dan memiliki indeks MAIFIE sebesar 0.42358.


ABSTRACT

Improvement the reliability of 20 kV distribution network needs protection equipment. Protection equipment especially recloser its could isolation permanent fault or temporary fault . The reliability index of protection equipment to forming electrical system and formation protection equipment . This final project presents RIA Reliability Index Assesment method to evaluate reliability index system and Genetic algorithm GA to optimal placement of recloser . This final project to explain two scenario . The first scenario without SSO equipment and the second scenario uses SSO. The first scenario obtaining optimal placement of recloser in line 33 because the final result show the reduction of SAIDI as 0.17136 and MAIFIE index as 0.08394. The second scenario obtaining optimal placement of recloser in line 14 because the final result show the reduction of SAIDI as 0.07421 and MAIFIE index as 0.41258 .
