STUDY OF INCLINED TRACK ANGLE EFFECT TO WHEEL TROLLEY ABILITY AT OVERHEAD CONVEYOR

ABSTRAK

Lintasan pada overhead conveyor bisa berupa lintasan lurus dan lintasan membelok. Lintasan membelok bisa berupa belokan horizontal dan vertical. Dalam pemilihan type trolley sangat perlu diperhatikan beban yang diterima trolley pada lintasan yang digunakan baik horizontal maupun pada waktu lintasan vertical menyudut. Dalam Tugas Akhir ini dilakukan analisa dengan metodologi sebagai berikut Penentuan variable yang diketahui Perhitungan Jarak antar beban Penentuan Pijin Trolley dari table Bearing Bushing Menghitung Tarikan Rantai Menghitung Radius Lintasan dan yang terakhir menghitung Beban yang diterima Trolley. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu untuk pemakaian n jumlah Roda Trolley dapat diketahui batas maksimum pemakaian sudut lintasan. Kemampuan Roda Trolley Type Bushing terhadap Roda Trolley Type Bearing dalam menerima beban akibat dari sudut tanjakan lintasan Roda Trolley Type Bushing Lebih besar kemampuan sudut tanjakannya dibanding Type Bearing. Fungsi Sudut Lintasan Tanjakan terhadap Jumlah Roda dengan mengacu pada nilai Proda 2 roda


ABSTRACT

The line on the overhead conveyor could as a straight and turn line. The turn line could be as a vertical or horizontal line. In the trolley type selection is really necessary to notice the trolley load on the used line whether it is horizontal or even when it is verticalcornering line. In this final task has been done an analysis with the following method Determining the known variable load distance Pijin trolley for the bearingbushing table chain forces the line radius and the load that can be received by trolley. The result is for using n number of trolley wheel is to known the maximum limit of trolley wheel bushing type against bearing type when it gain a load from inclined track angle where on bushing type the ability of inclined track angle is bigger than bearing type. Where parameter on inclined track angle toward the number of wheel is based on p wheel 2 wheel.
