Description:

Banyak upaya-upaya dari pemerintah khususnya PERTAMINA untuk berusaha meningkatkan pengawasan terhadap kualitas bensin. Pengawasan kualitas dari PERTAMINA biasaya di uji dari sisi kimiawi atau tingkat kandungan zat yang ada pada bensin. Pada tugas akhir ini telah dibuat sebuah alat yang mampu mengukur tingkat kemurnian bensin menggunakan sensor gas Fogaro yang dapat mendeteksi jika ada campuran lain pada bensin. Sistem ini memanfaatkan tiga buah sensor gas FIGARO, dimana ketiga data sensor ini membentuk sebuah pola dan selanjutnya diolah oleh mikrokontroller serta dikirimkan ke PC melalui serial RS 232 yang pada akhirnya pola ini akan di olah menggunakan Jaringan Syataf Tiruan Back Propagation . Nilai output ketiga sensor berubah seiring dengan perubahan kosentrasi bensin dengan range 0-3,731 volt, sedangkan nilai error pada baudrate 2400-115200 bps adalah 0 %, dari data juga terlihat Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan mampu mengklasifikasikan bensin dalam 8 tingkatan kualitas atau kosentrasi

A lot of effort from the goverment especially PERTAMINA to try improving the observation of gasoline quality. Observation quality from PERTAMINA usually tested from the basic of chemistry or level of essence at gasoline, at this final examination have been made an instrumentthat can measure the purity level of gasoline using sensor of gas figaroto detect the others mixture at gasoline. This system use three sensor of gas figaro,this sensor make a pattern, and wiil beprocessed by microcontroller and delivered to PC through serial RS 232,inthe end this pattern will be processed by Artificial Neural Network Backpropagation. the value of third output sensor will be change when there is change of gasoline consentrationat range 0-3,731 volt, while error value at boudrate 2400-115200 bps is 0%,from the data seen that Artificial Neural Network can classification gasoline intoeight level quality or concentration.
