ABSTRAK

Proses pembakaran adalah pencampuran bahan bakar dengan udara pembakaran yang menghasilkan suatu bentuk kalor. Ukuran baik buruknya pembakaran dapat diukur dari kadar oksigen pada gas buangnya kadar O2 itu sendiri dipengaruhi oleh besar pencampuran rasio antara bahan bakar dengan udara. Belum ada sistem pengendalian otomatis rasio bahan bakar dan udara pada burner PT.Pupuk Kalimantan Timur untuk itu perlu dirancang sistem pengendalian ini secara simulasi. Dimana pemodelan plantnya dilakukan dengan mempergunakan JST yang dilatih berdasarkan pasangan data input flow bahan bakar dan flow udara dan data output kadar O2 yang diperoleh dari operator. Dari hasil training diperoleh struktur JST dengan jumlah hidden node pada hidden layer sejumlah 38 iterasi 500 dengan algoritma MLP yang berstruktur NN-FIR. Setelah plant terbentuk peneliti melanjukan dengan merancang rasio kontrol untuk mengendalikan bahan bakar-udara pembakaran dengan kadar O2 sebagai variabel terukur. Model plant furnace dalam bentuk struktur JST mampu mengestimasi kadar O2 dengan error 000612. Struktur JST yang merepresentasikan model funace memiliki nilai RMSE sebesar 0028067. Dengan harga controller PI Kp675 Ti225 respon sistem memiliki settling time sebesar 9 detik maximum overshoot sebesar 1668 dan error steady state sebesar 01362


ABSTRACT

Combustion is a mixing process between the fuels with the heating air which produces a heat energy. The bad and good combustion quality can be measured from the oxygen value in the exhaust gas. The value of the oxygen is influenced by the amount of the ratio between the fuel and the air. There is no automatic control for fuel-air ratio in PT.Pupuk Kalimantan Timur therefore it needs to be designed a control system built on simulation. In making the plant model is using neural network which is trained based on the set of data input fuel flowing and air flowing and data output oxygen values which is obtained from the operator. From this training is obtained neural network structure with hidden node score in hidden layer38 iteration 500 with MLP algorithm in NN-FIR structured. After the plant has formed the researcher continues it with designing ratio control for controlling the fuel-the air with oxygen value as a measured variabel. Plant furnace in neural network structure form is able to estimate the oxygen value with 0.00612 error. Neural network structure which represents the furnace model has RMSE score 0.028067. With PI controller Kp67.5 Ti2.25 the system response has settling time 9 second overshoot maximum 1.668 and error steady state 0.1362.
