ANALISA CELAH KEAMANAN PADA JARINGAN VOIP

SECURITY ANALISYS OVER THE VoIP NETWORK

ABSTRAK

Celah keamanan dapat dieksplorasi sebagai langkah awal untuk mengembangkan jaringan VoIP yang lebih aman tugas akhir ini dilatarbelakangi untuk mengetahui dampak serangan terhadap kualitas suara yang dihasilkan. Akan diteliti pengaruh 10 jenis serangan terhadap kualitas suar yang dihasilkan. Cara pengukuran untuk mendapatkan data delay jitter dan loss packet menggunakan software VQ manager yang di-instal pada asterisk server karena dari server ini dapat diamati paket yang diterima dan dikirim dari kedua client VoIP yang sedang berkomunikasi. Dari data hasil penelitian diperoleh data bahwa serangan DoS Denial of Service mengakibatkan peningkatan Delay Jitter dan menyebabkab terjadinya loss packet. Dengan bertambahnya nilai delay jitter dan loss paket maka akan mengakibatkan degradasi suara yang pada akhirnya menyebabkan nilai MOS menjadi rendah. Dari 10 jenis serangan tersebut digunakan 4 jenis variasi bandwidth yanitu 128 256 512 dan 2000 Kbps. Paket loss yang ditimbulkan berkisar dari 6 sampai dengan 44 . Adanya loss packet ini mengakibatkan MOS menjadi rendah yaitu dengan nilai 14 sampai dengan 44. loss paket paling tinggi yaitu bernilai 44 ditimbulkan oleh serangan Etherflood. Untuk 9 jenis serangan nilai bandwidth mempengaruhi efektivitas serangan karena semakin besar bandwidth yang digunakan efek serangan akan semakin berkurang. Kecuali untuk serangan ethrflood besarnya bandwidth yang digunakan tidak berpengaruh terhadap besarnya bandwidth yang digunakan.


ABSTRACT

toward to secure network. the background of this final project is to know the impact of VoIP threat on the voice quality and using 10 kind of threat that affect the VoIP network. VQ manager will be use as the software to get the value of delay jitter and loss packet this sofware will be installed on asterisk server instead of server can monitoring the both side VoIP client when they are communicate. From the result data we get that DoS Denial of Service attack affecting on the raising of delay jitter and loss packet. the raising of delay jitter and loss packet caused degradation on voice quality and caused the MOS mean opinio score value decrease.from the 10 attack we using the variation of bandwidth from 1282565122000 Kbps. the emerge of loss packet from the threat is about 6 to 44. the more loss packet causing the degradation on MOS score the MOS value is about 14 to 44. the highest loss packetis 44 caused by etherflood threat. for other 9 threat the value of loss packet and jitter are affected by the value of bandwidth. the more bandwidth give the effect of VoIP attack will reduce. except for etherflood attack the more bandwidth that use in the communication doesnt affect the effect of this attack on the value of loss packet.
