ABSTRAK

Statistical Process Control SPC adalah suatu teknik yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap performansi suatu proses yang memanfaatkan metode statistik untuk memonitor menganalisa mengontrol dan mempengaruhi perbaikan performansi proses. Implementasi SPC digunakan untuk menganalisa performansi dari sistem supply tegangan pada plant Electrostatic PrecipitatorEP di PT. Petrokimia Gresik.Pada penelitian ini akan dibuat sebuah grafik kontrol variabel yaitu X-bar dan R untuk menentukan mean dan batas - batas kontrol dari data EP yang kemudian dibuat perhitungan trial maupun revised grafik kontrol tersebut. Dan dengan mendiagnostik pola dari grafik kontrol maka dapat diketahui performansi sistem supply tegangan DC EP divalidasi oleh data maintenance yang ada pada saat pengambilan data. Data yang diambil adalah data supply tegangan dan arus dari Thyristor Power supply pada EP yang terdiri dari 3 kompartemen yaitu Power Unit I Power Unit II dan Power Unit III. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditinjau dari tendensi sentral plot didapatkan bahwa supply tegangan lebih optimal di Power unit II yaitu sekitar 27.14 kV sedangkan pada Power unit I dan III sekitar 17.12 kV dan 18.79 kV. Dari ketiga Power Unit variabilitas terbesar juga terdapat pada Power Unit II yaitu sekitar 1.93. Untuk diagnostik polanya dari ketiga grafik kontrol baik tegangan maupun arus terdapat shift atau lompatan dalam tingkatan proses dan cycles


ABSTRACT

Statistical Process Control SPC is a technique that can be used to evaluate the process performance by using statistic method to monitoring analyze control and affect the improvement of process performance. SPC Implementation is used for performance analyze voltage supply system of Electrostatic Precipitator EP plant at PT.Petrokimia Gresik. On this research will be made a variable control chart is X-bar and R to determine mean and control limit from data of EP which then made trial calculation and revised calculation. By diagnostic pattern from control chart so it can be known performance analyzing of DC voltage supply system in EP which is validated by maintenance data at the time. Voltage and current data was taken from Thyristor Power Supply of EP which has three compartment Power Unit I Power Unit II and Power Unit III.The result of this research is looked from center lineCL Power Unit II has large value between Power Unit I and Power Unit III. It value is about 27.14 KV and Power Unit I and Power Unit III is about 17.12 KV and 18.79 KV. From three compartments the highest value is there in Power Unit II about 1.93. For diagnostic pattern from three control charts both of voltage supply and of current in EP have shift pattern and cycles pattern.
