ANALYZING THE TRAFFIC JAM OF INTERSECTION BRIJEND KATAMSO STREET-WARU STREET UNTIL BUNGURASIH FLYOVER CROSSROAD

ABSTRAK

Jl Raya Waru merupakan salah satu jalan yang rawan kemacetan hal ini karena Jl Raya Waru merupakan jalan yang menghubungkan kota Sidoarjo dengan Surabaya dimana memiliki tingkat mobilitas yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu studi khusus untuk mengetahui tingkat kinerja segmen jalan tersebut. Penelitian ini di fokuskan pada Segmen Jl Raya Waru yaitu mulai persimpangan di Jl Brigjen Katamso sampai persimpangan flyover Bungurasih. Dalam melakukan analisa kinerja berdasarkan MKJI 1997 dan bantuan program KAJI v.1.10 untuk mempercepat proses pengukuran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab kemacetan yang dapat diindikasikan melalui nilai kapasitas derajat kejenuhan tundaan peluang antrian kecepatan aktual dan waktu tempuh. Dari hasil penelitian terlihat bahwa pada kondisi eksisting segmen persimpangan Jl Brigjend Katamso-Jl Raya Waru sampai persimpangan flyover Bungurasih memiliki tingkat kemacetan yang tinggi dengan nilai derajat kejenuhan sudah diatas 075 pada jam-jam puncaknya. Seperti di persimpangan Jl Brigjen Katamso-Jl Raya Waru tingkat DS tertinggi 1.385 tingkat DS tertinggi di Jl Raya Waru sebesar 1.120 dan pada persimpangan flyover Bungurasih tingkat DS tertinggi sebesar 1.347. Maka dilakukan beberapa upaya untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan melakukan perbaikan geometrik dan pengaturan persimpangan.


ABSTRACT

Roadway Waru rerpesent one of road which jam gristle this matter because Roadway Waru represent the connective road of town Sidoarjo by Surabaya where owning high mobility level. Therefore needed by an special study to know the storey level of the road segment performance. This research focussed Segment Waru street that is start intersection Jl Brigjen Katamso until intersection of flyover Bungurasih. In doing performance analysis of pursuant to MKJI 1997 and aid program the KAJI v.1.10 to quicken the measurement process. This research aim to know the factors of cause of indication jam which can throughcapacities value degree of saturation delay queue opportunity actual speed and time went through. From research result seen by that condition of eksisting of segment of intersection of Jl Brigjend Katamso-Jl Waru until intersection of flyover Bungurasih own the high jam level with the value of degree of saturation have above 075 at its top clock. As in intersection of Great Jl Brigjen Katamso-Jl Waru mount the highest DS 1.385 highest level DS in Jl Waru equal to 1.120 and intersection of flyover Bungurasih mount the highest DS equal to 1.347. hence done by some effort to overcome the the problem by doing repair of geometrik and intersection arrangement.
