ABSTRAK

Interkoneksi sistem kelistrikan Jawa 500 kV memberikan solusi terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan sumber daya listrik. Permasalahan yang timbul adalah peningkatan atau penurunan daya pada beban yang menyebabkan kondisi kerja dari generator berubah - ubah untuk menjaga kondisi kelistrikan tetap stabil. Jika pada suatu saat suatu generator telah mencapai kondisi maksimum dalam memberikan pasokan daya maka dibutuhkan pasokan daya dari generator lain atau dengan kata lain diperlukan penjadwalan. Permasalahan tersebut membutuhkan adanya sistem monitoring untuk menjaga keamanan generator dan biaya operasi yang optimum. Sistem monitoring yang dikembangkan bermanfaat untuk penjadwalan generator- generator yang ada pada tiaptiap pembangkit sehingga menghasilkan kinerja yang optimal pada interkoneksi tenaga listrik. Sistem monitoring yang dikembangkan berbasis kurva kapabilitas. Batas-batas pada kurva kapabilitas terutama batas kestabilan steady state diturunkan dari syarat-syarat kestabilan steady state. Parameter musim dimanfaatkan untuk penyempurnaan cadangan daya yang dimiliki pembangkit tenaga air. Dengan menggunakan kurva kapabilitas generator tersebut pengoperasian pembangkit diharapkan lebih aman dan lebih mendekati kondisi yang sebenarnya.


ABSTRACT

Interconnection Java 500 kV electrical system giving solution to accomplishment electrics resource requirement. Appears problem is improvement or energy degradation at load causing work condition at generator fluctuating to keep electrical condition remain to stabilize. If at one time a generator have reached maximum condition in giving energy supply so its requaired energy supply from other generator or in another word its need scheduling. The problems require the existence of system monitoring to keep generator on safe and optimum operating cost. Developed monitoring system useful for generators scheduling which is exsist on power plants to yield optimal performance at power system interconnection.Developed monitoring system based on capability curve. Limit at capability curve especially steady state stability limit alighted from state steady stability conditions. Season parameter used to completion hydro power plant energy reserve. By using generator capability curve power plant operation expected more save and approached to the real condition
