ABSTRAK

Infusion Pump adalah salah satu peralatan kesehatan untuk therapy yang digunakan pada beberapa rumah sakit. Biasanya alat ini digunakan pada ruang perawatan intensive dan kedaruratan ICU CVCU NICU PICU IRD dan CO. Alat ini berfungsi untuk memberikan nilai keakuratan serta keamanan dalam pemberian dosis cairan infuse ke pasien yang biasanya diberikan dengan pengaturan secara manual. Infusion pump merk Becton Dikinson Type VIP II adalah salah satu infusion pump yang mengalami kerusakan dan dilakukan perancangan ulang untuk sistem kontrolnya. Pada perancangan yang dilakukan ini dengan berbasis mikrokontroler yang bertujuan untuk pengaturan nilai flow ratenya serta diharapkan mempunyai nilai keakuratan yang optimal. Dengan menggunakan IDA-4 sebagai kalibrator dihasilkan nilai koreksi terendah 3.70 untuk setting flow rate 10mljam dan tertinggi 7.65 untuk setting flow rate 150 mljam. Untuk tingkat akurasi rata-rata 6.1. Sedangkan ketidakpastian terendah 1.03mljam untuk flow rate 60mljam sedangkan yang tertinggi 2.25ml untuk flow rate 150mljam.


ABSTRACT

Infusion Pump is one of the equipments of health for used therapy in some hospital. Usually this appliance is used in intensive treatment and emergency room ICU CVCU NICU PICU IRD and CO. This Appliance function to assign value accuracy and security in giving dilution dose of infuse to patient which is usually given with arrangement manually. Infusion Pump with merk Becton Dikinson Type VIP II is one of the infusion pump which is can damage and done by scheme repeat for its control systems. This design based on microcontroller which aim to arrangement of flow rate value and also expected to have optimal accuracy value. By using IDA-4 as calibrator the result of calibrating are lowest corrective value 3.70 for the setting of flow rate 10mlhour and highest 7.65 for the setting of rate flow 150 mlhour. For mean accuracy 6.1. While lowest uncertainty is 1.03mlhour for flow rate 60mlhour and highest is 2.25ml for flow rate 150mlhour.
