RANCANG BANGUN CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION CVT DENGAN KOMBINASI PULLEY DRIVER MEKANSIME GOVERNOR DAN PULLEY DRIVEN MEKANISME PEGAS-GOVERNOR

ABSTRAK

Dewasa ini banyak dikembangkan suatu mekanisme yang menggunakan sistem mekanisme Continuously Variable Transmission. Hal ini disebabkan kemampuan dari mekanisme ini dalam mentransmisikan tenaga lebih efisien daripada menggunakan system transmisi gigi. Pada perancancangan ini diawali dengan penentuan spesifikasi motor penggerak yang dipakai rasio operasional CVT dari 0829 sampai 2.399 putaran operasional maksimal 912 rpm pemilihan belt model link yang digunakan jumlah massa bola governor di driver dan driven serta massa bola governor pada driven yang selanjutnya melalui perhitungan dapat diketahui massa bola governor pada driver spesifikasi pegas pada driven dimensi pulley poros pasak bearing. Hasil yang kami dapat yaitu berupa grafik yang menggambarkan tentang hubungan yang sebanding antara putaran driver terhadap torsi driver hubungan berbanding terbalik antara putaran driven terhadap torsi driven hubungan yang berbanding terbalik antara putaran driver terhadap kenaikan putaran dan hubungan sebanding antara putaran driven terhadap kenaikan putaran.


ABSTRACT

Letely there are so many mechanism developed using Continuos Variable Transmission mechanism system. It is caused of the ability of this mechanism to transfers power is more efficien than gear transmission system. This design is beginned with stipulating specification of main mover engine used to actuate CVT operating speed ratio varied from 0829 to 2399 and 912 rpm at maximum rotation. The selection of belt link model amount of governor ball mass at driver and driven are also applied through calculation to be known about the ball mass at driver driven spring specification pulley dimension shafts keys pins and bearings Obtained result is some graphics that explain about equally relation between driver rotation to driven rotation inversely relation between driven rotation to driven torque and equally relation between driver rotation and driven rotation to input rotation increase.
