ABSTRAK

Sangatlah penting untuk mendesign suatu konstruksi bangunan gedung pada wilayah gempa dengan memperhitungkan beban gempa. Untuk mendesain struktur yang daktail pada wilayah gempa tinggi Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus SRPMK adalah salah satu pilihannya. Karena itulah sistem analisa struktur tersebut menjadi judul dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini. Dengan adanya peraturan baru tentang Tata Cara Perencanaan Perhitungan Struktur Beton Untuk Bangunan Gedung SNI 03-2847-2002 dan Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Bangunan Gedung SNI 03-1726-2002 gedung perkantoran Grha Wonokoyo ini telah didesain sesuai dengan Standar Nasional Indonesia SNI yang ada. Dalam perencanaannya bangunan ini akan dimodifikasi baik dari segi struktural maupun arsitektural fungsi ruangan. Pada tugas akhir ini struktur gedung Grha Wonokoyo telah direncanakan akan didirikan di wilayah gempa tinggi WG5 dimana lokasi sebenarnya adalah dikota Surabaya yang terletak di wilayah gempa menengah WG3. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut 1 Dimensi struktur menjadi lebih besar dari pada yang sebenarnya 2 Kebutuhan tulangan menjadi lebih banyak dari pada kebutuhan sebenarnya pada bangunan semula hal ini karena beban yang dipikul lebih besar dan adanya pendetailan khusus pada daerah sendi plastis dan pertemuan balok kolom.


ABSTRACT

It is very important to consider the earthquake loading in the design of a building structure in the seismic region. To design a ductile structure in high seismic region a special moment resisting frame system SMRFS is one of the options. The topic adopted in this final project is intended to provide a thoroughly design of this type of structural system. With the existence of a new building code i.e. Tata Cara Perencanaan Perhitungan Struktur Beton untuk Bangunan Gedung SNI 03-2847-2002 Dilengkapi Penjelasan S-2002 and Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Bangunan Gedung SNI 03-1726-2002 Grha Wonokoyo office building was designed in accordance with the existing Indonesian building code SNI. In the design the building was also modified in terms of structural aspect as well as in the architectural point of view room function. In this final project the structure of Grha Wonokoyo building was designed as if it is located in the high seismic region Seismic Zone 5 whereas the actual location is in Surabaya city which is located in the moderate seismic region Seismic Zone 3. The results can be summarized as follows 1 the structural member dimensions became larger than the actual ones and 2 the required reinforcements are much greater than those in the actual members in the original building due to the higher seismic loading as well as the special detailing required in the plastic hinging regions and the beam-column joints.
