Description:

Menurut SNI 1726 2002, Indonesia telah ditetapkan sebagai wilayah yang terbagi dalam 6 daerah (zona) gempa, dimana wilayah gempa I adalah wilayah kegempaan paling rendah dan wilayah gempa 6 memiliki tingkat resiko kegempaan paling tinggi. Perbedaan wilayah ini berpengaruh pada perencanaan pembangunan sebuah gedung. Sehingga ada beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan, salah satunya adalah struktur bawah yang biasa dikenal dengan pondasi. Pondasi tiang pancang pada dasarnya juga diperlukan untuk menahan beban lateral yang berupa beban gempa dan beban angin, serta beban aksial yang dihasilkan beban struktur dari atas. Dari gaya-gaya luar tersebut akan menghasilkan gaya-gaya dalam pada pondasi yang berupa gaya vertikal ke atas, gaya horisontal dan gaya momen. Model gedung ’X’ dianalisa untuk di setiap zona gempa di Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode elemen hingga sebagai metode penyelesaian tersebut. Program SAP2000 digunakan untuk mendapatkan gaya dalam pada struktur bangunan bawah dan program Mathcad 11 digunakan untuk menghitung besarnya displacement node ( pergeseran titik ) pada pondasi tiang pancang di daerah zona gempa di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keamanan pembangunan gedung di setiap zona gempa di Indonesia. Pada Zona gempa 6 memiliki gaya dalam yang paling besar daripada zona gempa yang lain di Indonesia sehingga menghasilkan nilai displacement node paling besar. Namun dengan nilai displacement node yang dihasilkan, bangunan gedung ’X’ masih bisa dibangun di setiap zona gempa di Indonesia karena tidak melebihi batas maksimum displacement node (kurang dari 1 inchi)

According to SNI 03-1726-2002, land of Indonesia is divided into 6 zone area of earthquake. Zone 1 is the lowest risk of earthquake, on the other hand zone 6 is the higest risk of earthquake. This differences have impact building project design that very concerning on ground structure of the building itself. Very basic requirement of pile foundation are able to take hold lateral weight, such as wind, earthquake and axial weight from upper structure. Those weights give inner force on pile foundation like vertical force, horizontal and moment force. “X” building model will be analized on each earthquake zone area by finite element method as soluting method. SAP2000 are used to find inner force of ground building structure and MATHCAD 11 are used also to calculate displacement node on pile foundation which are located on Indonesia earthquake zone area. The goal of current project is to find out building security on each different earthquake zone area in Indonesia. The 6th earthquake zone has higest force among others zones, which imply this zone has higest displacement node. Nevertheless, “X” building model is capable to be built in Indonesia that has higest displacement node. This caused by displacement node of “X” building model don’t rach maximum displacement node ( less than 1 inchi ).
