ABSTRAK

Tarif listrik untuk industri semakin mahal dengan diberlakukannya dua tarif LWBP dan WBP. Oleh karena itu perusahaan perlu melakukan monitoring secara on-line untuk memudahkan pemantauan pemakaian daya listrik tersebut. Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan rancang bangun Automatic Meter Reading kWh 3 fasa yang dapat diakses melalui jaringan TCPIP. Alat ini memiliki interval waktu pengambilan data setiap 1 menit. Secara garis besar sistem terdiri dari enam bagian. Bagian pertama adalah pengkondisi sinyal yang berfungsi mengukur sinyal arus dan tegangan per fasa mengkonversi data tersebut menjadi true rms mengukur cos . Bagian kedua adalah perhitungan daya aktif dan daya reaktif per fasa. Bagian ketiga adalah perhitungan daya 3 fasa. Bagian keempat adalah jam digital. Bagian yang kelima adalah buffer data TCPIP. Bagian keenam adalah pengiriman data ke jaringan TCPIP dan tampilan biaya listrik pada komputer. Dari tugas akhir ini dihasilkan alat Automatic Meter Reading kWh 3 fasa yang memiliki keakurasian pengukuran daya 3 fasa pada motor induksi 310 W tanpa beban sebesar 84. Untuk pengukuran daya 3 fasa pada motor induksi 310 W berbeban didapatkan keakurasian pengukuran sebesar 95.


ABSTRACT

Industrial electricity tariff is more expensive due to be valid double tariff for LWBP and WBP. Therefore the industrial company needs the online fascility for monitoring the electricity consumption. This final project design and implement an Automatic Meter Reading kWh 3 phase which can be accessed by TCPIP network. The timing interval for getting the data is 1 minute. This system consist of six main parts. The first is signal conditioner circuit which is used to measure voltage and current signal for each phase convert to be RMS value and measure Cos value. The second is the microcontroller for measuring active power and reactive power in each phase. The third is the microcontroller for calculating 3 phase power. The fourth is digital clock for detecting peak load time. The fifth is the microcontroller for keeping the data which will be accessed by PC computer. Bagian sixth is the software on PC computer which show the data of electricity consumption and electricity cost. Automatic Meter Reading kWh 3 phase have an accuration grade amount 84 for measuring 3 phase power in no load induction motor 310 W. For measuring 3 phase power in induction motor 310 W with load the accuration grade is amount 95 .
